yeah its coming out pretty easily... heres how it will ship, it will be on the store shelves, I will buy it. the end. people who participate in online petitions so vigorously need to get a life. NEWS FALSH: no one gives a crap about online petitions, and I'm sure as hell capcom doesn't also.

Of course it will be the same bloody game. The PS3 and 360 are very close in terms of hardware, and the engine DMC4 runs on was also used in Lost Planet and Dead Rising. It is already optomised for 360 hardware; it's just a case of porting it right.

You know, I think you are forgetting all the beautfiul multiplats that look better than DMC4. Resident Evil 5 is also on both platforms, as is Army of Two, and even the new Colin McRae: DiRT. It's said that the PS3 is the main development platform for all these games, yet the 360 versions look identical. Funny, eh?

And according to the recent Silicon Knights IGN blogs, they've ironed out all of the E3 06 build problems in Too Human, while added more graphical features such as HDR, anti-aliasing, self-shadowing and some spectacular special effects.

That's why I think it won't be that impressive.  Remember they have to make it where it will be able to be played on the 360 as well, so anything that could have been done to specifiaclly take advantage of PS3's power will now be thrown out to make it even across the platforms.

Capcom know their own engine better than anyone else. They know exactly what it's capable of, and have demonstrated impressive looking graphics in Lost Planet. You are acting like the 360 and PS3 are worlds apart, when the only advantage PS3 holds is specialised SPEs for things like physics and weather effects. The key word here is optomisation, which the team has already done with its previous two games.

With the recent announcement of Devil May Cry 4 [DMC4] going multiplatform, Sony fans have started a petition to boycott Capcom products unless the company make DMC4 a PS3 exclusive once again. At the time of writing the petition has over 3,500 signatures. 

The site message reads;

We (The people that have signed this petition) feel very left out in your decision to make Devil May Cry 4 a Multi-Platform title, and hereby agree to boycott your sale of Capcom affiliated games. I own both systems but that was kind of wrong of capcom to do this, especially since they already had an exclusive for the xbox 360 with lost planet. Doesnt matter, this is just how the business works. I still am more excited for ninja gaiden sigma and heavenly sword and god of war 3. Devil may cry 4 will be good but I do understand why alot of sony owners would do this,

I mean I still remember where the first resident evil started from the ps1 and look where the franchise has gone now, and has been successful. Its like they dont even care for there fans, like its understandable for ninja gaiden sigma, because its a remake but this is devil may cry 4. Just shows u that no matter how loyal a fanbase is for a third party franchise exclusive, they will do what it takes to get there money. I mean just look at it this way, xbox fanboys will have the last laugh because they already had 2 titles that aint even coming to the ps3 and now another game that was exclusive to the ps3 is now going to the xbox 360 aswell, so I can see why alot of cows would be dissappointed.

All I can say is just love the game no matter what system it goes to, and just remember ninja gaiden sigma and heavenly sword and god of war 3 are still games to look forward to and will be better, so dont be down, and besides capcoms best game is resident evil, so that is the only game im hyped about from them. Anyways game on and dont be down about this, its just one game. :)

:|but those previous two games were designed for xbox360.  it's seems you not getting my point.  Lost planet and Dead Rising are true xbox360 games.  They take full advantage of what 360 has to offer as a system.  The fact that they are now making DMC4 a multiplat game, it like capcom is cheating PS3 owners out of a real PS3 gameplay experience because it will essentually be a xbox360 game.

Do they want it to become X360 exclusive or what? Basically, this tells Capcom that there's 4500 less people who will buy the game on PS3 (though I highly doubt they won't buy it)Timesplitter14
