The gameplay is impeded. Higher input lag, more judder and blurry graphics that take away immersion. Why do you have a PC with a GTX 1080 anyway? You hook it up to a TV (which is good), you say you don't like KB+M, and you keep going on about HDR and Atmos while downplaying the importance of frame rate. NMS was a survival game. This one is more a management game, and I suspect a bit puzzle as well. It's about building a massive automated machine. Again, can be weirdly addictive.

MC has/had padding issues when it comes to certain consoles. Hence why 7 of PS4s 90s are actually 80s on other systems - with 0 differences (or in some situations, actually better on the 80 system).
It's an issue which is easily corrected by simply counting 85+ OR also counting 80s, OR simply adjusting those particular games to the lowest or highest score on other platforms.
But someone of your intellect probably wouldn't understand adjusting for average and aggregations. Second place rots the brain.

Sorry but truth hurts. You know who also gives those metascores? company's that review games that get sponsored directly or indirectly by said game company's through commercials / adds / rights to early access towards there products.
Guess what happens if they give them bad scores? bye bye sponsorship and you will be later with your review material because of no early access = bye viewercount. It's not rocket science.
