And I showed you the information about it. Plus beats XBL in value and there is no way around it. Hopefully XBL will become more like Plus in the future, because as it stands now, I don't see how you can justify it.

I got both of those for free from PS+, but I agree it would be nice to get a deal on the XBLA versions.

Note, I was waiting for a lower price than the deals I've seen so far.

Yes, they certainly have...but not low enough for me. I should have been more clear. I'm pretty picky when I already have copies of the games. I'm hoping this price point will be low enough to bite on.

I was waiting on a great deal for Mark of the Ninja. I saw a Steam deal, and now I want an XBLA deal. Hopefully, the price is low enough for me to bite.

Ironically, whatever I do buy I probably won't be able to get to until next year as I'm dealing with my backlog and don't have a lot of time.

So, either Sony will drop that price, or I will just wait for used copies at retailers to get low enough to bite on. Afterall, it's very short like all their games.

It's $50, and only the free games are rented. But your argument doesn't work, XBL is a rental service as well, if you don't pay MS your fee you can't play a good portion of your games online, you only own half of Halo 4 and COD etc....MS owns the rest and you rent it from them.

If you buy something off of Plus it's yours to keep, period. It's only the free games that get locked out. Read this article to see how much more money Plus saves you, XBL is a joke compared to it and there is no way to justify it.

I prefer physical as well, but that Journey package I saw was priced high with the assumption the consumer either loves Journey or doesn't have the other two games. I will get that when I can get a great price.

It would be a better deal for you, as you don't have any of those three games. Sony gave everyone Flow a few years back, that's how I got that one. Flower went on sale at some point. Journey though, it's popularity has kept the deals off of it.

I don't understand, what servers are you referring to? Most gameplay is P2P, this goes for both XBL and PSN. Your internet is used as bandwidth with a host connection, there is no "real" server to speak of. Games with dedicated servers can be shut down, their is no reason to shut down P2P servers which are handled by the devs.
