This 8.5 deeply hurts me.

I was thinking 9.0 at least, for sure.

Oh well, I will probably enjoy the game reguardless. :)

just not a good year for Lemmings. Mass Effect (which i liked ) flopped, so far every Square enix game for the 360 flopped. now we have Fable 2 the Messiah of rpg's flopping. will GEOW 2 be the only exclusive game this year to make a AAA+ score?

but ill still pick up Fable 2

Because system wars has evolved in a manner whereby a flop has become a bad game. Just like at all the hate on Ninja Gaiden 2, despite it being a great game.

A flop should be a game that scores significantly lower than the hype. Not one increment.

No people, it's not a flop, it's a Gamespot flop. It's like saying Mass Effect and Twilight Princess flopped because Gamespot gave them both a AA score.

well, there goes the game of the year for FABLE 2. i hope ppl would stop comparing this game to the likes of LBP, MGS4 and soon R2 and GEars 2.

for a game that was hype to be the first AAAAE or a 9.5 game, it fails. 8.5 is not a bad score but with so much hype, you would think it will get a better score. this is a like a flop, flop just like liar, haze, and that other xbox game

It said that the 360 outsold the PS3 for one month because of a price cut. The Ps3 has been outselling the 360 for most of this year BTW
