Fable 3 will be BASHED like no tomorrow!!!

Even though Fable 3 is looking great and even has a much better online coop. Because of the fact that it has vary little traditional rpg style and no skill trees and no health bar. Fable 3 is going to get beat like a red headed step child by all the haters of traditional rpg's

I like Fable.

People don't like change. Personally I feel this series looks sooo dull. Zero personality. As boring as its title. Bread_or_Decide

that's funny because it's the games personality that attracts me to it the most. albion is one of my fav game worlds and this one may be the best one yet with folks like stephen fry, ben kingsly, and john cleese doing the voicework.

Have we all forgotten when Fable was first created all the BS Peter spewed :oabout all the incredible rpg elements and his rpg visions for Fable now this game has become a complete 180 an action title now.

If it's anything like Fable II I wouldn't be surprised. Many people enjoyed the game, but there was a farily big outcry against it (it's Molyneux, what should we expect?).

People don't like change. Personally I feel this series looks sooo dull. Zero personality. As boring as its title. Bread_or_Decide

It has personality though. Just a poor one.

Lots of games get bashed for lots of reasons. Lots of games get bashed by you, TC, for that matter. It's System Wars.

LOL, like I care about a bunch of random gamers trashing a game that I plan to enjoy. As with any game, some will love it, others will hate it... and the world keeps on spinning. Picked up my copy this morning and cannot wait to pop it in later on.

Yep Fable 2 was one of the most boring games I have ever played. It's up there with GTA4 for me.

Peter molyneux talked crap about the first game, the fanboys believe him and got dissapointed later. Then he did the same with fable 2, he said it will be this and that and it will be huge and amazing and the best rpg ever and the fanboys gone into a rampage and made fallout 3 sound like crap in comparison with fable 2. Then fable 2 came out and it was yet another overhyped game that did not live up to its HUGE promises and it was forgotten pretty soon and falout 3 won our hearts. I predict something similar will happen this time too. Fallout new vegas will come on top .

I doubt it will be bashed alot, the flak it would catch from the changes it allready did catch back 6 months or so.

To most of us Fable 3 is more like an adventure game, at this point slapping a RPG sticker on it, would harm it more then benefit.

But if the game is good, the mechanics are sound, and fitting for the game, I doubt it will catch all that much flak.

I guess we can place Fable 3 in the Oblivion bracket ^^ as either rpg light (really light) or adventure games with a bit of rpg mechanics.

Let it be what it is, No one expects a deep rpg experience after Fable 2 anyways :P

blame molenyuex's overhyping and underdelivering on many occasions for it being bashed..Fable 1 was decent and i never played 2.But Lionhead have a good track record of underdelivering imo.

Black and white could have easily been better and been the same as what populus was to bullfrog,

I think I may actually give this a try for once, I wasn't really a fan of the first two games however anything is worth a try once right?

who cares if it gets bashed here? everything gets bashed here. in the real world, fable is a beloved franchise that millions of people (myself included) enjoy. fable 3 will be no different.

theres a reason for people to bash it :P some of us dont like it being too easy:P besides its not launched at a great time purely cause new vegas is an utter steamroller imo.
