[QUOTE="Andrew_Xavier"][QUOTE="PC360Wii"]Thanks for prooving, PC Standards are higher.
Its also funny that I can play all those AAAAs on the PC, except GTA4 which is only a matter of time. PC360Wii
I always read that, but, like, recent reviews disprove this theory,
Mass Effect with the same textures, same story, same graphical glitches, and a slightly different psi/tech menu (since not all pcs have analog wheels, it would have been impossible for them to keep it the same), and a minor upgrade (squad command, not control, which was darn near present in x360, since you could control which guns your team used, and when they used psi/techs), was rated higher on the PC than on the x360. If PC had higher standards, wouldn't it be lower, since there were only minor changes, and the same problems were present?
Another game, Bioshock, exact same release date, exact same game, exact same score, wouldn't higher standards put it at a lower score on the PC than on the consoles?
As per your new point, none of the aformentioned games *soul caliber, chrono cross, zelda: OoT, TH3, GTA4* have come out for the PC, not GTA4 will, that's a given, but, the others will not.
I agree with your first part, EXCEPT the mass effect example, seeing as I believe that the NEW reviewers are trying to meet the average review score more ( Assassins Creed was marked higher on PC in most places, but got lower ehre to match the average ).
Likely I guess, I would have given Mass E a much higher score out of the gate myself, so, it's good they are matching other reviews, but, I still don't believe, even though I play games on my PC *currently, mass effect, lol*, that the PC has higher standards. Assassin's Creed PC was horribly optimized, I'm sure it lost a bunch for that.
