Fallout 4 is exclusive to Xbox One?

Several details may have been revealed in regards to the upcoming rumored video game, Fallout 4, being exclusive to the Xbox One. According to a post from the NeoGAF forum on May 24, a user claimed that there has been some industry chatter around Bethesda Softworks signing a deal with Microsoft. As a result, Fallout 4 could end up being one of the 15 exclusive titles that are being planned for release within the first year of the next-generation systems lifespan. You can take a look at some screens from the predecessor, Fallout 3, in the slideshow at the top of this article.

Wow this is only a rumor.  But this would be nuts if true.

not counting a huge money hat how would it benefit them to be exclusive?

and if you are going to throw that kind of money around why not just pay  to get cod as an exclusive?

It's a beloved PC franchise. PC gamers would literally burn down Bethesda. 

It might be a "console" Xbone exclusive, as in nbo PS4 version, but a PC/Xbone release. Most likely though it'll just be like CoD. It'll be out on all platforms but the Xbone idiots will get timed DLC.

It just makes no sense. The money they would throw away from not having a PC and PS4 version, hundreds of millions of dollars, it's just not something Microsft would pay.

microsoft is definately flexing their financial muscles, no way sony can compete in that area.

This E3 is gonna be insane.  Gonna buy myself a 36 pack popcorn box.  Will come to good use.

So far I've heard that 2 third party games are rumored to be exclusive.  Respawn's Titan, and this.  Has there been any more?

I have Fallout 3 on PS3. I couldn't stand it; such a bad game when you get past the quantity.

Any franchise that takes the MS $$ and goes XBO exclusive is dead to me.  Sell outs.

Never played that one. I played Fallout 3 and didn't like it, so I never bothered with New Vegas.

I'm probably in the minority but my most wanted game is Crackdown 3 using Cryengine.  :o

Does anyone actually believe this? Microsoft would have to pay loads in royalties to cover missed sales of PC/PS4. LustForSoul

If that's true then MS can go fvck themselves. They don't have any talented devs of their own so they have to go and throw outrageous sums of money at other devs to get games on their system. As a huge fallout fan this does not make me want to get an Xbox, it just makes me hate MSBPoole96
