[QUOTE="Miketheman83"]If this is true I cant see how any hardcore gamer could choose a PS4.BadoshFallout? Hardcore? ROFL. Yeah I guess youre right. Knack is where all the hardcore gamers are going to go.
This thread is still going? It simply isn't true. The entire idea is bullshit. Bethesda and Id have ALWAYS been multiplatform developers. There is absolutely no reason to many any core game exclusives to Xbone especially when it isn't clear that Xbone will have a core gamer audience at all. As of now, things look really grim for the Xbone's future with core gamers.
If this is true it would hurt. Not buying a XBOne no matter what so hopefully it's a) not one of the 15 games b) not an Obisidian Fallout game or c) a timed exclusive giving Bethesda more time to fix what undoubtedly will be a game filled with bugs.

[QUOTE="deangallop"][QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"] MS doesn't have the money to lock up third party exclusives. Too much money to be made with multi plats.LJS9502_basic
Not when it's early in the generation and all systems don't have huge install bases, if they plan on getting 3rd party exclusives it's the perfect time.
How stupid do you think third party devs are? Can't really use your OT runaround skills in here dude.
My point still stands if MS wanted to pay for a third party exclusive the start of the generation is the perfect time, smaller install bases equal less money MS has to pay to persuade a developer to create an exclusive. As simple as that.
Â
Do I think Fallout 4 will be exclusive.. probably not.

Your point is well pointless. Devs and publishers want to make money. No way they go exclusive. Those days are gone, over, aren't going to happen. Have you been hiding under a rock for the last generation of gaming or what?Â
There is no run around. I simply live in reality.
i have never played a fall out gamestereointegrityA bit of advice. Never buy one on release day and always wait about 6 months. Not to save money because of the price dropping, but because you want to let them patch the game a few times because every game Bethesda releases is a buggy mess. They have a bad habit of releasing their games still in beta form.
pc guys should not worry, i'm sure they will find a way to steal it somehow.[QUOTE="Kinthalis"]
It's a beloved PC franchise. PC gamers would literally burn down Bethesda.Â
It might be a "console" Xbone exclusive, as in nbo PS4 version, but a PC/Xbone release. Most likely though it'll just be like CoD. It'll be out on all platforms but the Xbone idiots will get timed DLC.
It just makes no sense. The money they would throw away from not having a PC and PS4 version, hundreds of millions of dollars, it's just not something Microsft would pay.

Used games is a worse proble....oh wait nevermind
Wasn't also Battlefield 4 a XBOX exclusive like last month or something?
glez13
Â
Yeah and it turned out to be a PC game that's ported to consoles. Porbably the same will happen to Fallout 4.
Â
Hell, Fallout 4 without mods? Not as much fun.

If we didn't have mods, how would we fix all the shit Bethesda breaks
Monopolistic ideology, Anti-consumer, Anti-competition. Keep up the good work Microsoft, you are doing your moma proud

Wait wait wait, i highly doubt its going to be exclusive, but i do find it hilarious how fanboys never shut up about the 360's lack of exclusives for years but now the idea of MS trying to secure some exclusives is anit-consumer, dafuq...
Make up your minds people.

There is a difference between funding the development of games and paying developers not to release their games on other platforms. Both methods have the same end goal, the game only being available on their platform. The latter option being lazier but not immoral or underhanded.
I think bethseda doesn't like playstation, look how Skyrim in ps3 turn out to be piece of crap ,and look how great skyrim in xbox 360 and PC thanks to directx
nyzma23
Had nothing to do with not liking Sony and everything to do with the PS3 architecture. Not an issue with the PS4.

Lemmings have quickly become the biggest losers on this forum. Just running with ideas that have ZERO chance of happening. Bethesda games are PC first and that will continue.
If that is the case and i wouldnt be surprised if it is OUCH! Saying that what would MS have to pay for such a deal! MONSTER MONEY! Imagine the lost revenue in games not sold on the PS4! Also who are Bestheda to say the PS4 wont dominate the next gen? Actually from a business stand point i would be surprised if this was the case! jwsoul
Massive lost revenue from PC as well. Not happening.
At the very very very best.............a timed exclusive, and still very very very unlikely.
Lems really are reaching these days........so so sad.
Poor Lems.
Enjoy your Halo tv show.:)
People seem to forget that MS have a huge advantage over SONY at the moment,it's called MONEY, SONY can ill afford to lose money where as MS have plenty to burn,loldelta3074
Only dumb lemmings think like you. Microsoft is not going to be buying up successful multiplats. Enjoy your Halo TV and NFL shower cams.
Sony clearly had enough money to build a better gaming console and that is all that matters....
