I'm really sick of gamers with their petitions, strikes etc. L4D2, now this. Just shut up and play the games, I say.

As a person who had to witness the rape of the Fallout franchise, I gotta say that I understand exactly where the Diablo fanbase are coming from. Mediocrity is just destroying overall game quality.

For an update, the Blizz Art Director LEFT. Also the art direction **has changed**.

It was NOT about Dark and lighting, but more with the overall art direction. Pastel colours, hand painted textures etc, ridiculous generic fantasy swords form central casting, etc, the complaints had to do with much more than lighting; however the Fabois liked to pigeon hole the complaints into the simplistic "Dark" v "Light" so as to make it easy on their little minds.

They were just setting up a false premise and knocking it down, rather than dealing with the real criticism. I'm glad that Blizz took note of it, the Art Directors gone, and the game is no doubt delayed.

Video game fans act way too entitled.
