Where is RDR? And most of their games you get them later on than consoles. They're mainly a console developer and only then a PC developer, at least currently

Even if there is a legit reason for that that still doesnt deny the fact most of their games since GTA III only go PC like half a year after they're released on consoles. If you think thats being as much as PC developer as console developer you're just being delusional

Didn´t Final Fantasy 3-6 have a time limit as well ?  I remember playing them in dynamic way. Still not challenging because it´s very similar to WoW combat. It was about learning winnning spell/ability rotations and spaming them. Then you just had to drink mana restoration potions between combats. Although it was good becase there were any better RPGs on SNES.

Being exclusive to a platform(s) for a period of time. And in Rockstars case its usually not a small amount of time but full fledged MONTHS thats can even take to a full year

Actually it was new FF15's combat what made me notice the title. JRPGs, gameplay-wise, are stagnat and bland. Great story telling, but aweful undinamic gameplay. This is why you will never find any JRPG at top ten of Metacritic or other ranking web sites. First places are always occupied by western rpgs such as Fallout or Baldurs Gate that have more dynamic tactical combat systems. I hope new FF15's combat will change that.

And of course they mattered. Who doesnt want to have good games at the same time as others? Definitely isnt as bad as a permanent exlusive but its still an annoyance

Thats bs and you know it. Timed exclusivity matters. They ARE a multiplat dev, never said they werent. Its still pretty obvious consoles are their main focus rather than PC. Again, if you deny this, you're just being delusional.

And that reason as why RDR never went to PC, especially after the HUGE commercial success it had on console is just bs of the highest grade
