Too be quiet honest. I'm not a big fan of Tekken. I don't know. Its a good game and yes I do own it (these pictures are sort of dated and I didn't include everything) but yeah I'm more a Virtua Fighter guy when it comes to 3D fighters but preferably I like 2D.

I see , youre more into SF alike series then ;) I asked you because i saw CastleVania for PSX and i found it weird for a fighting genre lover not own Tekken. But in the other hand if youre more into SF/2d alike series it make sense.

Respect to 2d fighting games and of course the mother of all SF2!! ;) I love it , was my best game for 92 till 95 lol :) till i get to 3d. Oh well , hope to see you into "arena" for a SF4 match if you buy it when its gonna release :)

The more I think about it, the more psyched about this game I become. Since we can rename all the teams and players the lack of NFL license doesn't matter so much. It will just take some time to get the roster exactly like you want it. Plus when teams make trades and players retire and such you can keep up with the adjustments yourself if you want to. And for those who don't care about the NFL license they can just not fuss with it or add their friends names or whatever.

I am still concerned about the "super abilities". I hope that they can either be turned off or won't unbalance the gameplay.

Oh and for those asking if they should download Tecmo Bowl on the VC, I would recommend getting a NES and Tecmo Super Bowl. It is the much improved sequel, the biggest difference being the stat tracking and more plays to choose from.
