Not the first time its happened. Starfox, 16bit console Street Fighters, and many other games were cropped in the past.

Console specs were outdated from day 1 and PC had the best looking version of multiplats since launch.

Try play games on a 4k monitor it is fcking awesome, you should try Bf4 with it, just wow. Night and day difference between PC and consoles, feels like a different game!!!

Never? You must have just started. Many past games have cropped their image, sometimes by way of black or hiding it with stat screens.

I'm an xbox diehard and even i don't see enough hype for this game . It really looks like the only real reason to get a PS4 - victorian era Gears.

No? It must have been a design choice for The Order. It isn't like the ps4 couldn't just scale the image up and output that to the tv. The developers probably found that the image suffered by ways of scaling artifacts. Better to keep the image native and retain that crisp nature that goes along with it.

I have never paid 60$ for a movie ticket and I'm not going to start now.

Looks like a lot of fun,the story is whats going to pull people through this game though, the setting and content is very interesting and it is a time period rarely covered in games also i hope it is not too heavy on the QTE's!

However saying that and in response to other threads about this game, as a PC gamer i did not end up crying,my PC didn't explode or become irrelevant,my bottom is not currently in pain and i still have thousands of games left to play despite this one game being in existence......

Ok, the trailer don't look that bad, i still think it will be shallow, but the settings and the visuals are really nice, definitely see it getting a 7.0 here at GS.

I will definitely play this game

at least from presentation, setting and story the game is looking very interesting. The shooting itself looks exactly like GeoW's but all the stages seem so cramped even worse than FFXIII's and that's saying a lot. The melee system is looking as gimmicky as the one that the first Killzone game had.

@Gue1: I don't mind linear shooters. It all depends how things are handled. Sometimes the design is just so hair raising it doesn't matter. Gameplay aside as I have not played it, everything looks high quality.

Best looking game out there.

Puts 1886 hermits back in Order lol. The game is quite literally a phenomenon for modern day game graphics.

Yup, that is why Crysis 2 from 2011 is still unmatched, LOL.

They're the scavengers and beggars of this new gen, when a x1/ps4 multi is well and truly used up, milked dry, it would only then be ported by a B team to feed the hungry hermits. That's why they are jealous of anything exclusive on either consoles and would bash the games to hell and back in blind hate. The is trailer of course is so good that it really pummeled them senseless, that is the moment when they realize nothing on PC this year will contest it for graphics.
