Exactly,IGN, Gamespot and GTTV footage they didn't say what platform it was running on. I can't remeber if they said at EA press conference what it was running on. I don't know who started that but its not true.

Don't get fooled. This is PC gameplay with a 360-controller as IGNs video showed when the game crashed to the Win7 desktop.LastRambo341

Crytek addressed that. Essentially, either they are routing the console footage through a PC to stream online or they are running the Xbox 360 spec on the PC(functionally, this would show graphics of the console version while having a more stable framerate during Alpha gameplay demos. Good for demo purposes. and with their engine, that functionality is standard and done by default)

As for what the PC footage ACTUALLY looks like, they specifically spoke about that as well. They said this is the PC footage in real-time

I just rewatched the 3D trailer at this LINK

At 0:44 - 0:46 look at the left off the screen and you can see parts of the sign post and shadows disappear. Is this caused by it being 3D or is this further proof its real time?

Meh, the cars look like toys, and its still looks like a DX9 game circa 2005/6.....I wonder why?
