Hmmm, looks like they took FFXII (looks) and splashed it with Rogue Galaxy. No idea about the gameplay, haven't played it yet. :P Definitely looks much better then the old FF:CC.

I'm interested. The gameplay looked different from previous FFCC games, and if they follow up on the stuff they promised when it was first announced, it could be the best RPG on Wii.

Ha, Layle is already my favourite FF protagonist. When you think about it, that's really sad. Atleast the guys got a personality though seriously, ladies man, laid back, cocky. I love it.

Zidane was annoying as crap though. He wasn't very likable to me, his personality felt forced, atleast from what I recall.

I'm a Wii owner and I love my Wii. I also love a good rpg. That being said I have almost no interest in this. Just doesn't look all that fun or immersing in my opinion. Graphically it looks good for a Wii game though.
Nice, about time some footage was shown since the first 'snippet' (2 yrs ago?!). I've had my eye on this for some time now. I don't like the 'highlighting' of the characters but i guess that's necessary to help you with the IR pointing. Combat looks fun and engaging but things look a little 'lonely' with just the main character there. I'm hoping there's more 'emotion' in the story than what's suggested so far in the videos.
I have to say I'm more interested in this then Final Fantasy 13. I haven't really been that interested in Square games for some time now but I do like the style they are going with this game. Of course I'll be picking this up for my Wii yet I not sure at all if I'll be bothering with FF13 even though it does look great. There is something about it that just makes me go meh when I watch the official trailer. I'm just so glad that the main characters voice in the Wii game is deep. Things like that do wonders for first impressions. lol

FF13 obviously has a higher priority, but this still looks like a quality title. The guys who made FF IX are making this, which is great. That's great. The ones after that were pretty good but the last one that I got the most enjoyment out of (from FF9 onward) was FF9.
