For all you Final Fantasy XIII-2 haters

this is a terrible idea because they have like what, 5 planned final fantasies at this point? What about versus and agito? There has been absolutely no word about them since they've been announced, and doesnt look like its nearing release. Is XIII-2 even necissary? I mean how much of an improvement will it add to the main xiii story if at all, or is it going to be this weird extension that was never neeeded. Also what about ffxiv? they need a to make a lot of fixes and still release it for ps3. I think they shouldhave their entire studio focused on one task instead of multiple, and maybe their games will be a lot better in terms of quality and what not.

FF13 was a rushed title... that's why they're making 13-2.

Hopefully this game will have actual RPG-like dungeons, towns, and shops.

They started development on xiii in 2005; xiii was not a "rushed game", it was simply a bad game

It's too early to pass judgement on this game. Yes, Squeenix's track record this generation is terrible, but we should see if this game will fix the flaws of its predecessor.
