AMD owns most of the IP in PS4's APU e.g. AMD Jaguar, AMD GCN, GDDR5 memory controllers and 'etc'.

Very misleading title. He's just unenthusiastic about the hardware. Doesn't mean anything. He could be a PC elitist, and is generally unimpressed with console hardware, be it ps4 or 720.

Has it ever crossed anyones mind that he may be refering to something like a DVR being inside. That'd be less of a surprise than something like a lowend GPU.....

If the nextbox is underpowered, games will be developed on the PS4/PC and the 360 will get watered down ports.
