For one the $45 is DLC .. and for the people paying $100 perhaps they are not GP subscribers. I never bought the DLC because I wanted in early (although that was nice) I bought it because I wanted to and I bought DLC on the last Forza too.

With Xbox you have OPTIONS. I could just play it on GP or I have the option to not subscribe to GP and buy the game outright. I buy games, and I play GP games. Best of both worlds.. but hey you keep rattling off these stupid sounding arguments, it is just confirming to us what we all suspected you are suffering from a mental deficiency and do can not access the part of your brain that uses logic.

There IS no logic with you people. We got all this evangelizing that Game Pass is the way, and Sony and Nintendo should follow in MS's footsteps on this flimsy business model, and look what happens.
