I'd have to go with Starfox Assault and Zelda II.

I enjoyed every Guitar Hero/Rockband game, Ninja Blade, every CoD game, PDZ, Kameo, Saints Row series, Splinter Cell Conviction, FEAR 2, Crysis 2, Spiderman: Web of Shadows, Crackdown.
Not everyone hates these games, but boy is there a vocal group that hates some of them online.
Tekken 6 (well it was hated by a lot of Tekken players)
Minecraft (private servers with friends=countless fun)
LoL ( with 4 friends its awesome)
WoW ( dont play anymore but it was fun while I did)

i loved terminal. I wish that mw2 had offline combat training to screw around on with bots for mini parties like black ops. Terminal is one of my favorite FPS maps ever[QUOTE="OB-47"]
Modern Warfare 2. I don't care if it was unbalanced it was hella fun and the maps had so much imagination in them. I loved Terminal.
MW3 maps are sadly not as cool

For me the most recent one would without a doubt be either Silent Hill Shattered Memories or Pokemon Battle Revolution ( its pokemon ok! I couldn't resist. )
Alpha Protocol, it was incredibly buggy and broken and got mediocre reviews, but the RPG mechanics are amazing and Obsidian really does hire some fantastic writers. Its a shame I started the game as a Recruit on the highest difficulty, since the difficulty is incredibly broken. A second go through on normal made it much more enjoyable, maintaining challenge without giving me impossible to pass locks and super invulnerable enemies.
Call of Duty. System Wars needs to f*cking get a life with its incessant hatred of a perfectly well made, fun to play, accessible series of shooters.charizard1605bu..bu...bu...but th3 graphics and little kids! WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN!

It being so casual is what attracts the children.
I think the Fable games get a bad rap. People get too caught up with the "lol they called it an arr-pee-gee but it doesn't have tedious levelling and inventory management and bland-but-ambiguous 'shades of grey' moral choices!!!" aspect of things -- it wouldn't be on my favourite games list by any stretch of the imagination, but if you take a step back and appreciate Fable for what it is it can be pretty entertaining.

Except call of duty is loved by most. SW isn't a very good representation of an opinion on a game.
I agree -- though I think Fable 3 was a step back from it's predecessors in nearly every regard. The series as a whole still fits a pretty underdeveloped section of the RPG landscape though.I think the Fable games get a bad rap. Sonic 3D Blast - Granted it doesn't touch the classics, but I still thought it was a fun game. The Saturn version's soundtrack and special stages were especially awesome.
Yoda Stories- It's just a simple desktop game, but I don't know, I liked it.
Streets of Rage 3 - If you don't like it, you just suck at it, and no, Bare Knuckle 3 is not in anyway superior.
Spider-Man & X-Men: Arcade's Revenge - Yeah, it's crap, but the first stage wasn't that bad!

Game was ok but the soundtrack was pretty terrible,at least compared to the first two games.
And a SoR game with a poopy soundtrack,well...it just ain´t the same thing. :P

This may sound silly, but literally all of my friends hate FFXIII and XIII-2, and I read so many negative things towards those games such as people saying FF is dead and such, but I honestly like those games a lot. I consider them in my top rpgs for this gen, and I've played quite a few.

I liked some of the stuff they did with it,like the branching paths that lead to different endings and the way they dealt with the special moves as well, but the gameplay itself allways felt a bit off to me for some reason. I don't think the soundtrack was terrible, it was just not nearly as good as the first two. Music like from the bad ending's stage 7, and the good final credits were still great.
Overall, it's worse than 2, but I get really peeved when anyone says that the first one was better. You have to be completely blinded by nostalgia to think that stiff Double Dragon esque game is better than 3.

There were a few tracks that I liked, like the Yamato boss music(the pal version though, the ntsc version is so much faster that it ruins it for me),but overall it was pretty underwelming in that regard. Honestly,I do prefer the original game, nostalgia or not I still can have a great time playing it even today, but SoR 3,not so much.I liked some of the stuff they did with it,like the branching paths that lead to different endings and the way they dealt with the special moves as well, but the gameplay itself allways felt a bit off to me for some reason. SoR3 actually feels slow to me to compared to 2. You can run, but it just feels a little stiffer. Still, it doesn't bother me, and let's not forget that you can play as Shiva.

I had 2 and 3 since '93 and '94 respectaviley, but I only played 1 every now and then if my cousin rented it. Now that I have the game though, it seems so much worse than I remember. It plays absolutley nothing like the other two which is why I think all the praise it gets is just because of nostalgia.

It´s all a matter of perspective I guess,SoR1 was easily the one that I played the most,it was one of my very first Mega Drive games so I had a long time with it,especially when playing with some friends from school, and the funny thing was that, even wen I already had SoR2 all my friends that came by my house always wanted to play the first one lol,so in many ways I think my favourite SoR game is actually the first, even though the second is obviously better. Please Log In to post.
