Games Your Friends Give You A Hard Time For Playing???

Mine is Viva Pinata: TIP. Got the first one for my son, and we both became hooked on it. My buddy is playing Onechanbara right now, so I feel obligated to give him a hard time about it.

What games do you play that your friends give you a hard time about?

None,really.

I play the Harry Potter games. Love them since I'm a huge fan of anything Harry Potter. They make fun of me for that fact alone. Could care less, the one who makes fun the most shaves his chest and pops collars. Need I say more.

Friends who aren't gamers give me a hard time about Kingdom Hearts, but my gaming friends all like the series.

Old friends gave me crap about playing Mega Man games.

All of my friends (My main group of friends, like 6 or 7 people), have Xbox 360's and they always ask me to play Halo on my brother's. They give me a hard time for not playing it. Lol. :P

There aren't any specific games, just because they all have 360's.

Virtually Jenna. Great game, the one reason to own a PC is X rated games.

They used to think I was joking whenever I said LBP was one of the best games I've played in quite some time.

All my friends are console gamers who cannot understand why i love games like Empire or any RTS for that matter. They play CoD and FiFA etc.

I haven't played for years .. No, really :P but um, The Sims. TBH, I would like to try The Sims 3 just for the heck of it. :o

My friends are always on me for playing Morrowind and Oblivion. They think that being in First Person and using a melee weapon is stupid. I've given up trying to tell them what the game is really about :/Deadly_Fatalis

I am a PC gamer only while most of my friends play consoles. Anytime I boot up a dosgame at school or at home comments usually follow about how bad it looks or how could I play something so old. The irony is that X-Com or Heroes of Might and Magic 2>the generic crap they keep on pushing me to play :P.

There seems to be so much hate on JRPGs and similar. I get the same kind of flack. I get grief for liking FF8 more than FF7, as well.

I got a fair amount of flack from my friends for playing FFXI back in the day... especially if they wanted me to do something else when I was busy with it. My buds rarely play games online, let alone an MMO, so the thought of it was just foreign to them.

My Call of Duty lovin' friends raz me for playing Final Fantasy games.

Since all of my friends are casual gamers that only play Halo and Call of Duty, any game I play that isn't those 2 they give me crap about. My friend saw me playing MGS4 and tried playing but then called it "stupid" because he kept getting spotted

My friends don't give me a hard time for playing any specific game. They give me a hard time for playing what they consider to be "every ****ing game ever made".

My friends don't give me a hard time, but a lot people on the internets give me a hard time because I play a lot of Japanese games.

Any game that isn't guitar hero or Call of duty 4.

They usually play games like Call of Duty, Socom, and Madden while I'm playing LittleBigPlanet. Sometimes I wish I could sign on invisible on the PS3. :lol:

My one friend gave me a hard time for buying Pokemon Platinum but he never liked it and all I had to say was it is from Nintendo and Nintendo makes great games. He likes Nintendo aswell he just didn't like the Pokemon series. But after I said that he didn't say anything.

My younger sister also asked me why I bought Pokemon Platinum and I said the same exact thing.

Battlefield, my friends are nothing but a bunch of micromuppet COD drones.I always find it funny how they say I'm trash because I prefer Battlefield and KZ but when I play COD4/W@W with them I win most of the time.They're dumb but at least they mean well right?
