Agree. Gears 3 > Uncharted 3 in graphics, and gameplay.

Its a game for real men who want pure action and fantastic graphics and gameplay. uncharted is for girly boys who want to cry watching a story.

Grown men don't get off to gore, big guns and skull bashing. Nor do they define their manliness by playing games that contain these elements. Your assessment on what appeals to males of a certain age shows that you are indeed probably a 14 year old kid with little life experience. Don't be asinine.

As for the two games, I think both will be great. I think U3 will be better because I prefer the campaign mode. I play BF for my online competitive shooting.

the beta was one of the best things I've played this summer specially when they updated it with two new maps, I don't know what people are talking about?

These are reasons I'll prefer UC3. Along with the environments. I prefer historic ruins and such to barren landscapes.

Singe player wise, I prefer the witty adventerous story to the sort of tone Gears has. (I don't like Resistance either for similar reasons..) The environments and the way the story is told is a huge plus for me, along with the cast of characters.

I think both will be great, but there's nothing about the Gears series that I like more than Uncharted. And the scores will be pretty damn close, get real Treal. :P

every sony exclusive game (im talking about SONY not PS3, so MGS4 for example is not included) is a huge lagfest...LBP, UC2, killzone 2, killzone 3...those games online are terrible.lightleggy

You also gotta remember all those games are first time efforts for Multiplayer for most those DEVS??? But Halo , Gears made by companies that have built there name in Multiplayer. Give em more time they'll get better.

If we are talking about unrealistic exagerations, then Gears is the king :P I stop counting the amount of times Marcus and Dom fell from buildings, bridges, giant worms, etc and....everything was cool.

I really liked Uncharted 3 E3 demo but, like i said above, i have been watching Gears 3 campaign on youtube and ´it looks incredible. I believe that campaign wise both will be equally good.

i dont no why ppl guarantee uncharted 3 will fail yea it has a lot to live up to but so does gears

uncharted could fail because of the greatness of uncharted 2= gears 3 could fail because it is the main primary exclusive for xbox and it has a crap ton hype that has been building up for a while

I love both games equally. Fanboys need to chill out really. Honestly gears had to improve after the garbage that is gear 2. I don't think gears 3 will beat uncharted in graphics just because the ps3 is a bit more powerful than the 360. In terms of MP that sawed off shotty is going to be hella annoying in gears 3 if the beta was any indication of how often it will be used. ShadowNinja87

I disagree, I found Uncharted 3 to be much more fun in multi, especially Plunder and playing Co-op adventure with HYPE.

There is nothing sluggish about Gears, and of course the characters feel heavy with all of the armour and weapons on them. This isn't like Uncharted where eveyone is climbing around the battlefield like a god damn monkey.

All I read from your post is that you seem pretty upset that while U3 may not beat Gears3 in sales, it will most likely beat it in reviews.
