The link doesn't say if the Xbox 360 is a falcon chip are not, that this is just a rumor. As well this could be an error message which doesnt mean the system is bricked.
Falcon chip does nothing, the Elite 360 does nothing, There is nothing you can do to fully stop RROD, its ther, and its just a matter of time until it gets you too
