Looks pretty neat. The hellicopter lift at the end was nice looking.

I'm sorry but I am not at all impressed by this trailer. It had a sort of generic action trailer flair that we've all seen dozens of times before. It looks way to similar to cod 4 to warrant a purchase from me. I am declaring this game COD 4.5
P.S. any talk of this being GOTY is insane
Nothing in that trailer looked similar to COD4. Completely new vistas, clear focus on telling a great story, and it just looked more cinematic in general.I'm sorry but I am not at all impressed by this trailer. It looks exactly similar to COD4, in fact it is a direct sequel to COD4 (in terms of story, gameplay, etc). All they did was change the setting, throw in some new bad guys and guns and slapped MW2 as the title. The story in the last game was cliche and I am betting that this one will be too.I'm sorry but I am not at all impressed by this trailer. Aren't all sequels like that. You don't even know what's in the game yet...

I want a sequel that adds some new element to the previous game that makes if feel different from the previous. COD6 adds only new skins, guns, maps, and I guess vehicles to the game but what other than that is being changed? The game is going to play the same as its precursor.[QUOTE="Toriko42"]What did you want from a sequel, Call of Duty: The RPG?[QUOTE="Panther501"] It looks exactly similar to COD4, in fact it is a direct sequel to COD4 (in terms of story, gameplay, etc). Is that honestly a bad thing, COD4 was a clear reinvention of the series and it indeed did play differently with a focus on urban settings, heavier weapons, and bang and clear gameplay. They make it very clear this is a continuation of the same style since it is only Modern Warfare 2. When they move onto another vista, they'll give you a call but we want a familar experience in a MW sequel.[QUOTE="Panther501"][QUOTE="Toriko42"] What did you want from a sequel, Call of Duty: The RPG?I want a sequel that adds some new element to the previous game that makes if feel different from the previous. COD4 is my favourite game this gen but Modern warfare 2 looks like crap. It's like every bad Sly /Van Damn/Arnie movie ever made all mashed up together with a bit of The Rock thrown in for good measure. Totally lame and the graphics suck. Looks like Modern warfare was a fluke, now we are back to lame sequels to good games.
Looks like a b grade action flick from 1985
The graphics barely look better then COD4, this will be an awesome game no doubt but the people who said COD5 was COD4 with new coat of paint, same can be said for this.
I hope this comes out for WiiEpiphoneMan2008Don't count on it. Infinity Ward hates that system so bad.
May I ask what episode of House your sig is from? I think I need to watch it! :lol:Looks better than World at War I must say.
Bring it on!

Imo it doesnt look to good, but its still early. They definitely need a new engine for the next game though

cant watch ! im too young
 put in a fake birthday? i was honest once .. when setting up my XBL account that stopped me from seeing adverts on my xbox and msn support, and a bunch of other things probably, can't remember it was quite annoying, especially because even after enough time, when my age was enough to get these features, it still didn't work somehow took M$ a year or two to finally fix the glitch! anyway, i learnt my lesson after that... honesty is bad

Just like in the movie The Rock... So we are going to Alcatraz.

Dont get too excited guys you'll be let down. Let us not forget this seems to be all campaign/story footage but it will inevitably end up a short 5 hour quality campaignCherokee_Jack
Fixed.
possibly. ill hope for the best and probably day one buy it. Hopefully it is lightyears ahead of cod4's campaign. But i wouldnt call the cod4 campaign quality for the fact that infinitely respawning enemies means 0 replay value. Iheir ai is nothing but spawn move to predetermined spot and open fire. Please Log In to post.
