Where did you get that from? Its the PS4 that has better effects and they mentioned that it has better performance.

Im just holding out for the PC version. Given how good the game looks on the PS4, I can't wait to see it at 1440p on a PC. I'm assuming it'll run great because they optimized it for two x86 consoles already, one of them running DX.

That is funny the argument here is not the XBO version has no foliage at all,but the PS4 has more,the videos showing the xbox one version show only the xbox one side and show bold spots in several parts of the video which is the whole point those bold spot could be fill in the PS4 one.

That show bold spot to,and not ion all places is the same i already posted screen comparing other parts where the difference was smaller.
