Lmao, Ps3 fanboys will continue to be owned as this gen goes on. I really dont think the ps3 has all the "hidden power " that will be tapped. Anybody with all three consoles :like me: can tell the ps3 is the worst system so far. Even the wii has better games atm, if you dont count multiplait games. I buy those for the 360.

I cant wait until the PS3 detroyies the 360 this year cause i will like to rub it in Lemmings faces so bad.

Plus, GT5 Prologue is not a demo nor a game, its a prequel to the full game.

I'm sorry saolin (the person who says PS3 has no AAA but when it comes down to it for him, reviews mean nothing. Contradicting yourself), but that is not GT5: Prologue. That's the DEMO of Prologue. The Japanese demo. You only play Suzuka and you have a few vehicles. The demo has graphical hitches not found on the final version such as the messed up mirror, hand movements not being exact, and of course, you haven't played other tracks such as the London track. Please stop your BS because you claim you're no fanboy, but I can go download a demo of BioShock on XBOX Live and claim I have the game and it sucks. Suzuka, even in real life, is not the best visually pleasing place. Cut the crap. You don't have Prologue, just a demo of it that I have too.

Read the post above. It's the DEMO of Prologue. It's like me getting the demo of Call of Duty 4 for PC and saying "Hey! I have Call of Duty 4!". There are MANY different things in graphics between Prologue and the demo of it. The demo also only has Suzuka, which is not a visually pleasing place, even in real life. The London track is different.

You all said the same thing about heavenly sword, after that demo was realeased. Funny how that game turned out just like the demo. Combat kinda lame, screen tearing none of that was fixed as you all claimed it would be. Im sure gt5 will have improvements but I wouldnt hold my breath as to the graphics having a total overhaul. I think it close to final graphics. Time will tell.

This massive downgrade must be at the least, grossly exaggerated because I never noticed. I may have enjoyed Forza 2's slightly more dynamic gameplay, but the GT series as a whole, in almost every aspect is better. Even the art style and presentation look next gen. I can't put my finger on it, but the game somehow manages to capture the beauty of cars and racing without you even racing yet. Even the choices in music are usually completely appropriate.

The sales of this game make it necessarily so. People wouldn't keep coming back to games they didn't like.

I have been playing GT5 for the last 2 days and nights and have realised that the game and polyphony digital are pushing the PS3 to far. I can really appreciate PD's ambition but they need to realise the PS3 is not as powerful as sony claim.

The game is sacrificing track detail to get so many cars on the track. I would rather have 6 or 8 cars on track if it give me better track details like 3D trees and skid marks. The track tarmac is lacking and the trees are last generation 2D.

The front end and presentation are first class but there is slowdown and screen tear. I know its a demo but I do't think PD will pull it off.

I think TURN10 will have forza3 nearly completed by the time GT5 comes out and it will most likely build on what was missing in forza2.

Where are the reverse lights, permanent skid marks on track, realistic tyre noises, proper engine sounds, turbo whine when using turbo cars, full camera control around car when playing 3rd person,the decent opponent A.I.?

The london track has slowdown even with only 1 car and poor trackside detail and the building detail and texture is quite poor compared to PGR4's london.

Polyphont digital really,really has its work cut out.

The crowds and spectators are pathetic. Maybe PGR4 and forza 2 has spoiled me to much and I was expecting to much from GT5 but GT5 is meant to be the daddy of racing games. By the quality of and (I know its a demo) this my attitudes are not optimistic.

Agree. 4D gaming? What the hell does that mean? Supercomputer with no branch prediction, speculative execution or out-of-order execution? How does it keep from tripping over itself while running random process threads? 256 MB of RAM? Why does it have less video memory than my video card?

No doubt it's a mean machine, but they built in a lot of flaws to save money as is usually the case with consoles.

Hes right though. The car models look good but there is so much aliasing it ruins the overall image. The tracks look sparse and boring and the London track doesn't look as good as it does in PGR. I hope they sort it out because i really enjoy the game but it is still a bit disappointing
