PC of course will look better but those saying it's "lika generation apart!" haven't spent any time with the PS4 version.
PS4 GTA V does look great, except for the distant buildings where you can tell it has trouble with AA (but then, so do those who don't have the latest $400+ cards).
And the frame rate on the PS4 is not unplayable. I've put more hours into SP and MP than many here combined - trust me. Take a look at the hundreds of Lets Play GTA V videos on the PS4/X1 and show me where it stutters a majority of the time, dropping to an "unplayable" 15fps like you're claiming (LIAR). In fact, the smoothness (albeit 30fps) is what you see in that comparison video. That's what it plays like. If it was a constant 15-25fps mess, you'd hear more complaints directed towards Rockstar and complaints in the reviews (which you won't find, because you're lying).
More Kermit exaggerations to score points, thinking no one will call them out. I'm getting the PC version one day just to enjoy these upgraded visuals, but those saying that the PC version is like an epiphany, and that it's like a completely new game and the last gen/current gen don't even count as real games are crazy, because they didn't even play the PS4/X1 versions. Why the hell am I listening to them for, when they haven't spent more than 5 minutes with the game? Most of these impressions are first timers to GTA V anyways, and they're making authoritative comparisons when they haven't touched the last-gen/current gen versions. GTA V, regardless of platform, is a great-looking game. Some impressive reflections, car and environmental detail are everywhere and it's some of Rockstar's best work to date, and it's a massive upgrade over GTA IV where you almost can't believe what they accomplished within the same generation. Maybe a large part of the "wow factor" you're getting hit with is just that - your surprise and just how great this game really looks. Not to take away from the PC enhancements as well, but you're probably mingling tears of joy with your real first time playthroughs of this game (no longer watching Youtube trailers and clips). Many PC gamers have only seen abbreviated sections through a small window, and never actually strolled through GTA V Los Santos yet.
GTA V PC mods are going to look incredible (almost photo-realistic in some parts most likely), IF the mods work and there is no conflict with Steam or Rockstar servers. But we're also going to have to wait a while for them, and will likely need a new set of video cards depending on how advanced and taxing the mods are. Right now, PC GTA V has the great 60fps+ advantage and better sharpness, but some Kermits are acting like this is the difference between GTA V and GTA IV.
