Yes, thats the main reason why I liked GTA SA more than GTA IV.

that's prolly the exact opposite of what you want to do....IMO the reason GTAIV was such a big letdown for me personally was the fact that just about EVERY reviewer out there gave GTAIV a 9/10 or a 10/10...but when i played it myself, it was no better than a 7/10

No announcment for which systems it is? No approximate release date?

The graphics are exactly the same as GTA IV. After such a long time between each game that's just dissapointing.

so its definitely los santos but i also saw the big mountain from the san fierro island, loving the return of the countryside. Im very excited to see how it turns out. Exceeded my expectations. Also house for sale, confirmed buying properties is back?

The sad thing is the graphics are already beat with GTA IV with iCEnhancer but whatever. The game finally looks to have fun back in it. I hated the sterile and boring environment of GTAIV. Looks more in line with San Andreas which is the greatest GTA game ever made. A newer version of that is much welcomed

But if you mean iCEnhancer's graphics with the fun and gameplay/locations of GTA V then hell yeah it will be a fantastic game. Lets hope we have a PC launch with the others and its actually optimised to run well. Like I said its the same engine so they have NO excuses this time

Tommy Vercetti anyone?

He is one of the only GTA III-era protagonists who has not been established, or implied, as having been killed at some point after the game timeframe.

In one Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas mission, a man with a strikingly similar appearance to Tommy Vercetti is briefly seen. He does not speak, and whether he actually was Tommy is not confirmed either way.

In the trailer he says he needs to get away from his line of work which was much liking running crime.

It's a return to San Andreas, the license plates have the name plastered all over em.

I think that CJ, Tommy and Nico are in this game. I think the Older guy in the suit is looking on the balcony is Tommy, CJ is the guy running from the cops and Nico is in a polo shirt.

There were rumors that GTAV would have multiple protagonists. You see the guy speaking and the black guy a few times so maybe they are both playable.Zero5000X

Anyone else think this game has too good of graphics for current gen consoles? It could be a PC and Next-gen console title.ShadowDeathX

I think so too, who knows, they might be running the trailer on a next gen console/pc. Though we all know that even if that is so, they will still have it on 360 and PS3 (though, the graphics will probably suffer a tad bit). But if it isnt on them, and instead waits for the successors to Sony and Microsofts console (and hopefully Nintendo's) consoles, I wouldnt mind a single bit.

Unrealistic expectations much? they are going to create a new engine after spending so much money on the last one. That make no sense at all economically..

And no it does not look like GTA 4. It looks more refined graphically than GTA IV did.

And no announcment for systems? Really? That needs to be explained? If it's using the GTA IV engine then more than likely it will be out on all of the systems GTA IV was on and probably the Wii U.

I hated it how Nicko and the other two main guys from Liberty city stories were all bald!

looks pretty cool.

Is this guy the main character? It was just the way he was shown looking over the city that made me think that.

The voice does suit him aswell.

Anyway, these are in-game cutscenes, so we'll have to see how the actual gameplay looks.

I wonder what Rockstar's going to bribe gamespot with this time to get a 10.

Release shouldn't be too long since GS's source said they were just finishing up on the minigames so maybe april next year? think about the trailer too since it was pretty long compared to the first gta 4 trailer so the game may not be that far away.

Looks great. All I want is less annoying cell phone calls to go bowling, etc and more classic GTA insanity. Beyond that, I love the realism in terms of look and feel.

And there's dogs in the beginning of the trailer... If dogs are able being killed, I think PETA will be pissed... :shock:
