In general yeah. But nowadays you have viewpoints like Audacitron's that state how a fixation with sex is benign in any given amount because it's somehow "victimless". This is harmful to cultures. Just ask Greece and Rome.

The act in iteself is harmless.  It's a normal part of a healthy relationship.

Of course there is such a thing as rape, but as any feminist will tell you, that's about power more than sex.

Murder isn't normal in any situation.  It's vastly more detrimental, and is the focus of whole gaming genres.

 

As soon as you let them go, you end up with a dangerous promiscuity. Imagine a society more concered with sex than with work. There'd be a pretty big slowdown--that's also why I'm against the legalization of pot outside of a hospital.

I consider any discussion where I talk about, and endorse, my morality to be a labor worth investing some amount of time into. After all, I think the best way to live is through a prism of temperance if not abstience. If I feel that will benefit the society I live in, why not participate?
