Halo 3 IS NOT ALPHA!!!!

First off....if any of you guys KNEW what an Alpha build is...then yeah...you'd keep quiet about that claim. What you are mixing up is the fact that they throw a few pre-alpha/alpha shots into the whole video and call it alpha without being specific. WHAT YOU SAW THOSE PEOPLE PLAYING WAS BETA.

That said Halo 3 WILL NOT be able to compete with Resistance: Fall of Man LET ALONE Killzone 2...and before you say it sucks...check out the shots of MC fallen in slow motion...looks like Doom 1....and the grenade explosions...no comment..I'll let you defend that.....

I know it hurts that Sony lied and sold you a $600 Blue Ray movie player and that 360 stomps Ps3 is all areas of gaming now, we know it hurts but you don't have to justify Sony stealing your $600 by making ridiculous claims like this.

Errr because most of them done had the 360 in mind..since its been out in the market longer so there basically ports...Lame ports not taking advantage of the PS3 hardware. But still look decent enough, Obvlivion and Virtua Tennis 3 look better then the 360 versions. ;)

looking at your quote id say you are a fanboy... a cow at that and so you dont have a 360 so im sure what you watched was a streamed video not a video in 720p.... further more as a cow i dont expect you to be able to read let alone read something from a crappy streamed video but if you watch it carefully you will see ALPHA on the video the whole time... not only that but its a 6 month old video not that you would know that though because you cant read so why would you want to go to www.bungie.net and read the weekly update that states all of things that i just said. 

Bungie had a Multiplayer build (Alpha) since DAY ONE OF DEVELOPMENT. Game testers have been playing and "testing" this build since 2005, its the same build they took to Iraq and the same build we saw in the Vidoc.

 As of now, no one outside of Bungie have seen the Beta version in motion.

The video you saw is an alpha build.

So yeah... the video everyone has seen is the devs themselves and their internal testers playing on a working build (Alpha) of the game. The game has not been played or tested by any beta testers yet, because it's not at beta stage yet.

It's really not that hard... for most people anyway.

Well the 20gig model no longer exists so its a moot point but MS has put them selves in a very nice spot with the Elite. They are just waiting for the Sony price drop then watch what happens. the Core drops off the Premium goes to $299 and the Elite goes to $399 so even if the Ps3 comes down $100 Xbox is still $100 cheaper. instant ownage by MS. Sony couldn't have been more stupid this gen.
