Halo 3 vs UT3 (read whole post)

Now I'm not asking which game is / will be better, since theres really no way to tell until the games are realeased. What I'm asking is, which game do you think will have a bigger, better, and / or longer lasting online community? I mean, Unreal on PS3 will be cross platform with PC (I believe), and there are still people playing UT 2K4, but then again, Halo 3 is Halo 3...

impossable to tell, there are still tuns of ppl playing halo2, but thern again, look at starcraft, its pushing 10 and stil has a huge online communityshadow_hosi

I dunno...

People still play UT2k4... and the mods on UT3.. just make it uneneded... I know Halo 3 Forge, blah blah blah... But how much can you get of dropping blocks on buddies and driving ramps... etc... The mods definitely feel more... needed than.. Forge... or whatever.

I will probably play UT3 on the PS3 a lot more than the Halo on the 360

i agree, it's the game that i come back to every time i get bored with another multiplayer game. it's the game that both is the most fun and most frustrating to me.

being honest all UT3, well at least for PS3/PC i dunno for 360

Hard to say. Console owners are probably more into the Halo-ish community type thing. PC users will dominate UT3. PS3 owners will get UT3, for due need of a good game (and bad-ass Unreal Engine 3 graphics :) )

I'll be getting both, though.

Maybe the increased amount of greater then symbols denote a stronger dominance of Halo 3's campaign over UT3

I can see a lot of peoplemaking cool Halo 3 movies. Also Forge allows you to create your own game types and layouts and save them and share it with other people on XBL. :D

yeah, it's got 4 player online co-op. there are TONS of new cool things in multiplayer this time around
