halo 4 achievement list leaked. campaign is dismal

how long is the campaign. well to give you a rough idea at todays standard of 20 minutes levels in fps's halo 4's singleplayer will be roughly 160 minutes or if you prefer 2hours and 40 minutes long so 8 missions total

apparently MC has been reduced to ditch digging for singleplayer content

is was already announced that they are selling the campaign seperatly in the form of subscription DLC.

I seriously doubt MS's biggest game in years is going to last 2 hours in SP.

There will no doubt be DLC down the line in the form of map packs and extra "Spartan Ops" missions, but anyone who buys the game gets "free" Spartan ops missions for a season (read: one a week for a good few months).

I reckon we'll get more than our money's worth so fear not Tenaka, I know how much you love Halo.

8 missions doesn't sound terrible, assuming they have the length of other Halo games.

Wasn't Reach only 8 missions? Maybe 9, but I don't recall it having anymore. Same with Halo 3.

I don't know. Sure you have Xbox Live Gold and the overpriced accessories etc. but I can't really think of any cases of any first-party games getting content cut and resold as DLC.

The previous Halo's had nothing of the sort so I see no reason why this one will be any different. I mean, they're really sparing no expense for a start. The budget is massive and they shot a multi-million dollar feature-length web-series, just for this game.

I think their main priortity is stealing back a sizeable chunk of CoD's crown, then they can begin to focus on ripping people off. Until that day though, it's a win-win.

Not gonna be a good game. Multiplayer isn't everything.

So the games campaign is at least 8 hours. Pretty sweet, considering the replay value Halo gives not to mention the unmatched multiplayer. Cry some more cows.RR360DD

New IP means nothing, new IPs can be complete shlt. (Haze, Heavenly Sword, Lair, MAG LOL) And sequels can be fantastic, which Halo 4 is looking to be.

They're important in so far as they can be plastered on the front cover of a game. Otherwise, they don't matter. If people want to know if a game is good, they'll look up a review or hit metacritic.

I'm not really sure why cows are laughing so hard. Even if Halo is the only exclusive the 360 is getting this year (it isn't, there's still Forza) It's still better then year the PS3 has had so far :|

I don't know if anyone noticed, but neither console has received a single AAAE or AAE game this year if we go by metacritic

and if we go by Gamespot then both consoles are tied with ONE AAE each
