how long is the campaign. well to give you a rough idea at todays standard of 20 minutes levels in fps's halo 4's singleplayer will be roughly 160 minutes or if you prefer 2hours and 40 minutes long so 8 missions total

I have a 360 and some games for it. I don't have XBL for it and I play mostly on PS3 because it is the better system. I usually just rent the Halo games or borrow them from friends for their campaigns, which this gen have been mediocre. I was hoping 343 might do a better a job.

I do not pay for XBL, so Halo SP is all I can do unless I go to friends house and play on XBL there. This gen no Halo game has had a good campaign, Bungie really sh!t all over it's SP, they just tacked it on as an after thought. I was hoping Halo 4 would be different because it had a new developer.

Lies. PS3 is doing great, neck and neck with 360 despite it's bad launch. It sells faster rate because it is the most in demand system, more and more people are jumping to PS3 because they are finding out the PS3 is the better system. Everyone knows this, only people that deny it are people that can't get a PS3.

Jack Tretton confirmed PS4 is being developed, he also said there next gen strategy is not to have the first system out, but instead to have the most powerful system with the best games. It will over shadow 720 and Wii U.

back in the day we had that thing called LAN, somethign you young'uns never experienced.

LAN was the best way to play Halo, all you needed was a few friends, tvs and a decent size room and it was easy with a bit of basic networking knowledge, 4tv's = insta 16 player games.
