Probably, though I don't think it will do as well as Halo 3, but still extremely well. It just doesn't have the "conclusive, last-stand epicness hype" that Halo 3 did. Sorta' like how Return of the King will compare to the Hobbit in box office.enterawesome

I think that Reach will be the best Halo ever...I just think that you know since this is bungie´s last halo with new engine that will finally hopefully show us what xbox 360 can do graphically and size wise because thats what was needed the most in series...Im sure they will polish the gameplay to max and will try to do the best halo because the fans really deserved it.it...I mean they have all the money in the world...Even if it would be AA it would sell like crazy so why wouldn't they make it AAA or maybe even better...i think when they say its gonna be magnificent IMO they really mean it....they had 3 years,they have nothing to lose and we really have nothing to be suspicious about because after all this is Bungie and their last Halo...

I personally think GT's gonna be bigger. Sure, in NA, everyone goes nuts over Halo, but GT's been around for far longer, and has much more appeal beyond gamers. Europe has a huge GT fanbase, as do many other parts of the world.

Halo will be big though, no doubt. Probably bigger than most other games, exclusive or multiplat.

So are you hyping sales or the actual quality of games? if you're arguing sales you've got a good argument if you are arguing quality, well...we'll just have to see about that one.

Yeah, Reach will have the sales, but Mass Effect will be something special. In the future, Halo and other FPSs will become Mass Effect and people will marvel at what Bioware has done. :P

I don't think GT5 will do as well as its past installments because there is actually some solid competition in the racing sim for consoles area, like it or not, Forza has probably put a big dent in the GT fan base. No doubt it will sell a ton, but I just don't see it doing as well as it did on a console that had more than twice as many sold as the PS3 does, and now with competitors, it will sell even less.

SC2 won't do as well as it should because it's being released in three installments, of course if you combine those sales it would be the biggest, which is probably why it's being done that way, but individually, it wont do as well.

The Demo...Prologue sold a vast 4 million...and that's a demo, and unfinished product, that practically sold more than all previous Forza games.

GT brand is damn strong. Anything with "Gran Turismo" on it makes it an instant buy for PS3 audience and non-PS3 audience that are waiting for this game to come out to buy a PS3.

Its pretty obvious that Halo Reach will sell alot more then Halo 3 in its 24 hour opening sales. Halo 3 launched in 2007, where the 360 had what 18-19 million consoles sold? 2010 360 will have 38-40 million sold by then. Its gonna be massive, and be the highest selling exclusive this gen, excluding Wii Fit.

Going by past experience of each Halo game being pretty similar to the last, I expect it to follow this trend. But hey! I could be wrong! It could have all new characters, a new story, new setting, a new antagoist, maybe even new protagonist!

None of the Halo games have wowed me and overall come off very similar, not changing much of the formula for fear of upsetting the fans. They're decent games but not awe inspiring and if you showed me Halo 2 and said it was halo 3 the only clue I'd have to that being false is the graphics. Otherwise the games are very much the same to me.

If you like that, good for you. But they all come across as rehashes to me when it comes to story, gameplay, characters, etc.
