Must have played at least 600 hours in GTA4 and Episodes for Liberty, it still stuns me with it's awesomeness every time I start it up.

The controls are a bit sluggish. I think thats mainly because they went with realistic movements not high precision. Personally I think that is a bad choice.

Yep. Unlike reviewers, I wasn't offended at Halo jokes, toilet jokes, or women jokes. I played it and love it for what it is, not for what others wanted it to be.

Only GTA game that was worth a damn was San Andreas. GTA4 is the worst in the series.

I love how the game makes fun of halo, but ends up copying it with regenerating health. That's class right there. I think you loved it becasue you had to, because you waited 15 years for it.

you can argue all you want whether or not GTA 4 has been dethroned, but the series as a whole stands strong.

People say it's stuck in the past, yet it used regenerating health. If it was stuck in the past it would've used med kits. It also stuck with the generic 2 weapon limit that every FPS today has. Stuck in the past? It kept up with the present.

I had to like it? I never even played a single Duke Nukem game until DNF came out, and didn't give a rats ass about it. I only got it because I had money to blow on some games and it looked far more interesting than anything else, and it ended up being a lot more interesting than anything else.

Was it a constant effect that was active no matter what? Pretty sure that regenerating health was just a powerup that lasted a short while.

No, although the kingdom has expanded greatly this gen and many challengers to the throne have come forth, GTA is still king. Now if only Rockstar would hurry up and release a new GTA.

completley different type of regen, slow and steady in the form of a power up, todays regen is a timed insta regen based on the last time you got hit. Completely different mechanics.

GTAIV was total garbage.

Balad of Gay Tony might have been the best GTA game I have ever played. Vice City probably gets the nod for #1, but its close.

halo 2 has regenerating health because it no longer had healhpacks RIPPED OFF QUAKE **** OFF.

The idea that Halo contributed something to the game industry really hurts you, like physically, doesn't it?

two weapons because it was a single weapon and a melee weapon, everyone had the same weapons, still different design/mechanics going on here.
