Nope, most multiplat games are developed on multiplatform engines, simultaniously...

New games aren't made for consoles first, then ported to the PC, that rarely happens, and is usually reserved for late or unplanned releases like Dark Souls and GTA4.

Of course not, consoles wouldn't stand a chance if we counted all the PC games that came out before this generation.

OP makes sosme legitimate points, but in the end, does it really matter? I dont think anyone can deny that the PC has the best library of any system, i mean why wouldnt it. Its not like a newer console where a new gen occours and its counted as an entirely different beast.

But since when did Gamespot scoresactuallymatter, other than when its time to gloat? The scoring system is ridiculously inflated, and alot of games gets undeserving scores. I mean 9.0 seems to be the standard score on this site that everything gets, even corporate **** like the CoD games.
