Have any buyers remorse recently?

For me it'd be buying Street Fighter V early alongside a month of PS+, needless to say I've gotten 3 matches out of it so far and all my interest has waned at this point.

Maybe when more stuff starts appearing but right now, nah.

Kinda wish I'd have used that £45 on my friends Xbox 360 so I could've replayed some of the 360 JRPGs sooner.

What buyers remorse do you have recently?

I kinda regret buying a PC.

It makes all my consoles redundant.

Fallout 4.

I wasn't a fan of Fallout 3 but all the excitement around 4 had me interested. I decided to get it while it was on sale and play a number of hours with it. It played better than Fallout 3, but it just wasn't fun.

In all honesty I regret buying the Far Cry 4 Season Pass.

I just finished Far Cry 4 and I have no intention to play any of the DLC, lol ! I did enjoy the hurk missions though but even those are not necessary to enjoy the main game.

It just makes me warry of Ubisoft Season Passes because they don't seem to add a whole lot for the 30 dollar asking price.

It just seems these season passes are about adding more content, but it's boring content.

Like the AC: Syndicate season pass. I was looking into it and I'm interested in the Jack The Ripper campaign. But apparently it's really boring content.

Yes, it is ! You can also buy it directly on their website for 10 bucks. But both will give you the steam version :)

It's from the makers or No One Lives Forever and other great FPS and it's really a unique FPS in this day and age.

It's set in the 17th centurty so your arsenal is bows, muskets and pistols that have to be reloaded after each shot (making fights very tense, switching to your next weapon in a fire fight).

It's really unique in the sense that the game doesn't flat out tell you where to go or what to do. Progressing comes naturally and sound plays a big role.

Betrayer doesn't need a very strong PC, but it does look really good if you ask me. It has a distinct visual style, but I personally like playing it with the colour enabled.

I recently played The Order 1886 and I finished it in two sittings, I started to have buyers remorse but then I thought Nah it was worth the €10 I bought it for, but I do feel sorry for the guy's that spent €60 on it

The Witcher 3, even tho I got it at a discount.

Former regrettable purchases this gen are GTAV, Dragon Age Origin, and Tomb Raider reboot.

It's funny I am more satisfied with my purchase of The Order than those games. I have to be more critical when purchasing games that don't jump out to me but are only hyped thru media and system wars fanboys.

If you are a fan of FPS. And want something different from your modern day handholding kill-all-the-terrorists shooters... yeah I'd highly recommend it ^^

It's just more Farcry, but much more limited. Thought the animal taming would spice things up, but it doesn't. I'm 6 hours in and I already have one of the most powerful beasts. Zero effort for that. Throw bait, hold square to tame. That's it.

Not to mention it doesn't look that great. It's just so same-y. I think I'll just rush through the story missions, because those are alright. Maybe, at some point, the game will grab me, but as it stands, and looking up my crafting/upgrade menus, it doesn't look like much is gonna change.

Damn. That's a bummer. I def gave the game the benefit of the doubt because at least it changes things up. I guess they just took far cry 4 and removed the guns.

That's what I thought. They could've at least made the melee better. It's just weightless, Skyrim-like swing swing nonsense. Throwing the spear is alright though.

Yeah, don't expect this game to be an overhaul for its setting. It's not.

You know, based on how you just described it, is pretty much exactly how I felt when I watched vids on it. It looks more like an expansion or mod than a full fledged game.

Pretty much how I felt about Battlefield: Hardline. Looks like these companies are yet again, trying to sell glorified expansions for $60. Shame.

WII-U for sure! I bought that piece of shxt and end up only played 1 game Bayonetta 2. Now that NX is coming out so soon, you know the WII-U will have zero future and supoort. I swear I will not buy another console from Nintendo!

Battlefront was just blah

I just bought Mega Man Legacy Collection and even as an adult I am finding it difficult. I remember why my friends and I never beat any classic mega man games.....

I bought an Xbox One shortly before Quantum Break was announced for PC. So I'd say, for the better part of this year, buying an Xbox One will leave me with a little bit of remorse. I can't wait for Scalebound and Crackdown though!

I told the wife not to buy our youngest kid a 3DS XL because it's just going to collect dust. She already have an iPad and a decent PC for Minecraft. But, the wife wouldn't listen..... I always get their hand-me-downs. Soon, that 3DS XL will be mine although I'm not quite sure what to do with it.

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on Xbox One. Totally regret it, the game didn't sunk into me, like it did for Gears 3 and I learn my lesson, never ever buy another Gears of War game.

The best thing that came out of it is the fact that I can play Gears 2/3 on Xbox One's BC despite I still got my 360 hook up to another HDTV.

Black OPs 3, bought it the first day and have not even played it once, busy with other games and stuff, I should have waited. I got it mostly for the campaign and zombie mode and the fact that I enjoyed BO1 last gen(skipped BO2 though)

None. I feel bad for asking for Fallout 4 for Christmas. I just can't get into it. I played every inch of three and good amount of NV but 4 I can't seem to dig.

Not sure why I bought them. I'm not a person who likes to display or collect stuff. I really didn't care for the extra toys and goodies, I just wanted to play the games. Guess I got too excited and ended up wasting extra money.
