how come ps3 exclusives are so damn goood????????? whyyyyy

i have bothe consols and i can say xbox 360 is better for multiplats but as far as exlusives go ps3 is way ahead of 360

i beat halo and gears and played left 4 dead and stuff man those games are okay.. nothing special

but games like infamous, metal gear, uncharted, god of war those games are epic man.. even games like demon souls, motorstorm, mlb the show, killzone, ratchet clank, heavenly sword, resistance, little big planet, games are damn good not to mention gran turismo coming out and stuff

man and the charachters.. ps3 own at that tooo

People can say hes biast but the fact is yes they are that dam good look at the review scores and the awards they have won , its the reason why i have become a playstation fanboy this generation. And the answer is they have lots of dev talent and poor tones of money into them.

I think those are both great games although I think the PS3 equvilents are truly better, KZ2 and UNC2.

ps3 is on another level... i have both consoles for reals man.. and i play ac2 on 360, and madden and most other sports games.. but like man uncharted and metal gear solid were insane single player games.... and god of war u cant deny that game either.. infamous is just awsome aswel.. my top 5 games this year i played were mosly ps3 exclusives...

sony does a great job at using its cinema experence with gaming games. they invest lots of money into there studios. ms buys games and does not make many .

I do agree with Gears,but cmon Halo is soooo fun.

I beat Motorstorm, Killzone, Resistance, MGS4...nothing special.

I just prefer the type of games that Sony has been putting out. Solid adventure titles. All of my favorite franchises were born under the wing of Sony. It's not the console I care about, it's the games. If these epic games like Uncharted, MGS, God of War, Ratchet, Demon's Souls, were released on an xbox, I would pick one up in a heartbeat.

I got my eye on Alan Wake though. This could be of colossal magnitude.8)

While I do agree that Uncharted was amazing, one of the best games that I have ever played but once I beat it, I traded it in because it has very little replay value and the online was not so good because no one has a mic. I enjoy LBP but it gets old after playing for a while. KZ2 was meh at best. I actually prefer the exclusives on the 360 overall and the multiplats are usually superior.

Sony got the exclusives they have by doing this to themselves.

Generally I am not impressed by the ability of the 1st party to pull out their checkbook and buy exclusives for their platform. Supporting your platform is one thing, supplementing something you have lost just makes you look like you are in a bad situation. It's easy to make any platform attract exclusive development when you are willing to throw money at the problem, staying profitable while doing it is another thing entirely.

Sooner or later PS3 will become profitable, put it won't get any respect on my part until they no longer have to outright pay developers to make these games for them.

There is no one on PC writing checks to get exclusive games; and yet people have the cheek to criticise if for not having more big budget titles, games that wouldn't exist on consoles if it wasn't for the 1st party paying for them. If they think they can criticise PC for that; I'm well in my right to criticise consoles for how they get these games.

I've yet to play a PS3 game with multiplayer as good as Halo 3. I'd be hard pressed to find one with better multiplayer then Gears 1 (possibly Gears 2 now if the Matchmaking has been fixed). I rather the 360 exclusives, but I'm a pretty social person & the 360 has a much better online service. PS3 has some amazing single player games but lacks replay value in general, at least in comparison to the 360. It's perfect for solo gamers though.

One of my buddies that I grew up with since we were 5 has always seemed to own the opposing console. I owned an Snes, he owned a Genesis, I owned a playstation, he owned an N64. I owned a Ps2, he bought an Xbox. The only console that we both owned together was NES, back in the 80's/early 90's. But, there was always this slight competetive nature between us our whole lives. We would argue our consoles to the death sometimes, it was pretty halarious. He swore Road Rash was king, and I would just flash him F-Zero. We were like that with all of our systems growing up. These days though, he doesn't game much anymore, as he's an engineer major, and works alot, but I guess the point is, it's all about your interests, and what suits you best. Microsoft has what Sony doesn't, and Sony has what Microsoft doesn't.

ummm...opinion? The only amazing games the ps3 has that push boudaries are UC2 and MGS4. IMO of course.

Imo microsoft just is waaaay to safe with their exclusives. They take like no risks. Idk why everybody is all over nintendo for not taking risks when its clearly MS who has the biggest problem with this.

So far the only exclusives on the PS3 that I would consider great are Uncharted 1 and 2 and Ratchet and Clank. All the rest are mediocre at best.
