How did Halo 4 win Best Graphics of 2012... Was this year really that medcore??

I mean the game looks good, really good but "Best of 2012?"

halo 4 looks fantastic.

but on pc far cry 3 and hitman abolution look waaay better. like waaay better.

Halo 4 does look beautiful. One of the best looking console games I've seen.

No distinctio between artistic or technical. They state that they take both into account, right at the beginning. I loved the Promethean constructs and character design. At the end of the day, it was personal choice for the GT staff.
