How many Halo's is enough?

I'd say 5 main games. So far, in my count, there are only 3 halo games. When halo 4 and 5 come out, they should start considering closing that down.

Final Fantasy should have stopped around 10.

Halo is massively popular and there is def no shortage of games in the series for fans to enjoy. My concern is that like with many other games there is a such thing as too much.

Who thinks Halo will go overboard with additions?
Who thinks Halo will needs as many additions as they can make?

There is already: Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 2 Map pack, Halo Triple Pack, Halo 3, Halo Zero, and Halo: Custom Edition. They are already planning on Halo Wars, Halo: Chronicles, and Halo 3: Recon.

This is for every person that obviously cannot read very well.

1. I never once said it was being milked. Go read the original post and please show me where it says that.
2. Im not a cow, im def not bashing the 360 considering its one of my fav. consoles ever.
3. I like the Halo series and just dont wanna see it go over board.
4. All did was ask a question which more than half of you even failed to answer.

So to all those out there who said any of the above, learn to read what the topic even was before cramming your foot in your mouth. My QUESTION is simply how many Halo's is enough. Thats all.

Coming from the Final Fantasy kid, I laugh at your disregard to look past your bias. There are what 14 FF's aorund ? And Im not even counting the DS versions and the Online ones. How can you, in your right mind apply Downloadable Content as a release ?

The rest make no sense. Halo 2 map pack is...well a map pack, Halo custom Edition is the PC version of Halo 1...Halo Triple pack is the halo series put into a package for the consumers ease. I agree with you there. I hate what they have done with FF. Im pretty sure the only availble title left is : Girly looking hero/underdog/loser/anti-social/guy saves the world......again.

Can you now see why your arguement is useless? Although you agree that a dead franchise should stop, oura cussing a thrivin franchise to stop aswell. Its backtrack, realition of wrong will always make the thickest of people turn around an act inf avour of the oposer.

Well now that you say that, i feel like a freakin jerk for being rude. I love debating, only reason i made this topic is cause i knew it would be a great debate. Thanx for lowering my self-esteem. Can i be modded for name-calling myself?

This is nothing, i've seen people like go INSANE by all means over someone simply not agreeing with them. It gets pretty ridiculous.

there's only 3 halo games...map packs dont count as a game...neither does expansion pack.
