Well the PC will be getting 1 new Witcher 2, 1 New Diablo III, 1 new Shogun 2, plus the best version of all multi plats this year :P
As for raw power, It's hard to determine, but think about this: The PC's CPU is about 3 generation removed from what is on the consoles in terms of architecture, and 4 generations removed in terms of the GPU's.
The GPU on the xbox 360 features about 300 million transistors compared to a modern PC GPU with over 3 BILLION transistors.
Console games typically play games at the equivalent of low-medium settings on the PC, they do so with little or no Anti-Aliasing, little Anisotropic filtering AND they do it at sub-HD (often times less than 720p) resolutions at 25-30 fps.
PC's run those same games, with higher resolution textures, advanced post processing effects, advanced lighting and shadowing effects (like SSAO), maxed out geometry detail, 4x to 8x anti-aliasing and transparent texture supersampling and 16x anisotropic filtering AND they do it at full 1080p 60+ FPS.
A LOT more powerful.
