Huge layoffs about to hit MS...Xbox Team Included

Take over a company with 10's of thousands of staff.

Move the good staff around the business into various departments.

Get rid of dead wood in the whole company.

Shame for those losing their jobs but its business and all this crap about its the end is just bull.

(I just got a Wii U last May along with Mario Kart 8) And last, I'm getting an Xbox One maybe this year or not depending what exclusive game is appealing to me.

Never said they were untouchable. They've had layoffs before this one, so.... All I'm saying is it's not as devastating as idiotic Cows think because Microsoft isn't doing it to show a profit or to stay afloat. That's my point. They obviously have employees that are no longer needed in different areas of the company. Cows continue to think Sony isn't in trouble financially. That may come back and bite them before this generation is over.

They bought Nokia for $7 billion dollars... $7 billion aka over one third of Sony's net worth. M$ is worth around $300 billion that means they could buy Sony ten times and still be worth more than Sony with the money they'd have left over.
