I am --No LONGER-- buying a PS3 just for MSG4

I was really about to do it, until Kojima said flat out that it won't live up to the hype. How can he say this... because he's the one who built up the hype. Now he has realized the error of his ways, and like a man, is fessing up to his mistakes.

So if in his mind MSG4 was a 10 (back when he was hyping it) and now its a 1... What will it be for the average gamer??? an 8.5???

Kojima wanted a game where the AI were like humans with a full range of emotions, he wanted Crysis graphics, he wanted Dynamic battlefields, he wanted full armies waging war on each other and you in the middle sneaking through it in anyway possible.

It's just not possible on any console. By '10' he meant his original vision, look above. '1' would be a great game. MGS3 failed according to him as he wanted vast open jungle and giving you the choice to sneak through how you liked.

I was gonna buy the bundle, play the game and then give the system to my sister, cuz I owe her some money and I know that she's been wanting a PS3. (I don't owe her over $400)

Do you honestly thing this game is going to score less than ressistance? assasins creed? look at where mgs4 is in comparison to mgs2? its in the exact same place, except its broadened its targeted audience to include the frat boy fps enthusiasts.

you really must have no life to go out of your way this much, just to see one system fail. you have to take kojimas words out of context,use lies, and deceit in order to get an arguement against the system that can hold at least minimum weight. for someone who is so sure of its fate, you dont show any confidence in your system at all. the only reason people like you attack this game so much is because you know that once it releases, and the reviews are out, and it scores near perfection, the only arguement you have against this system will be void (being the lack of games).
