I guarantee that Mass Effect & GeOW will come on PS3 at some point

Well lets start with Mass Effect, the company Bioware is now owned by EA and never in a million years will EA allow Bioware to make the Mass Effect franchise exclusive on 360. Now GeOW, Epic are not owned by Microsoft they are a independant company and I am certain that GeOW will make it to the PS3 at some point.

Also Bizarre are now ownedby Activision meaning Project Gotham is also certain to appear on PS3 along with any game Bungie creates. Microsoft don't own Bungie if Bungie wanted to they can create any game they wanted to on PS3. Sure Bungie might give special treatement to Microsoft like 6 month exclusivity but they will definitely make games for the PS3.

Sure those companies might have a fanbase on 360 but that doesn't mean they can not create one for the PS3. I am honestly amazed at how much Microsoft has lost this year, they were prepared for the first quarter of this gen, lets see how theydo on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th.

Let me just say it one more time.

Your examples have very little backing. BioWare has been just a PC-Xbox company. EA has several high profile exclusive titles. EPIC are still testing the waters with UT 3, and to make those claims, is being way too optimistic.

I love how Sony fans always try to put a spin on it and say XBOX owners are begging for titles like FFXIII and MGS4. It's not begging. It's using logic to state that there is a possibility, and without those titles, the PS3 is dead.

XBOX 360 has Halo 3, Bioshock, Gears of War, and Mass Effect. Why would they need to 'beg' for titles? With your logic, Sony fans beg for Halo 3, Bioshock, Gears of War, and Mass Effect.

Microsoft own the rights to Gears of War; at the very least the first one. So at best, you're getting sequels. They also published Mass Effect, so same deal there.

As for Bungie, microsoft's agreement in making it an independent studio was that they retain the rights to the halo franchise, and have priority in publishing any bungie games; in other words, microsoft get first dibs. Bungie games will only appear on the PS3 is microsoft decide they dont want to publish it.

^ You beat me to the punch. As long as mutli-plat games keep selling way more on the 360, there will always be a huge allure for developers to take games multi-plat. And why not? You can potentially double (or triple in the case of Call of Duty 4) your sales.

it looks true.

they lost

bioware - creators of kotor and mass effect.

bungie - creators of halo.

epic - they never had but gears of war wont stay single platform forever.

then the only AAA good exclusive they have is bioshock and if they make a second one ps3 will probably get that.

i think the more multiplatforms the better. maybe MS and Sony can work together to unite blu ray and HD DVD technology and the PS and the XB with one monster system.

The GEOW thing makes no sence at all.. It wont come for PS3 MS got lots of stringsa too pull there.

And I think there is an agreement of exclusitivity (is that a word?) for ME.otherwise it will go too PS3 aswell.

Now on to Namco. Every Namco game except Tekken 6 is multiplatform(Eternal Sonata, Soul Calibur4) or 360 exclusive(Ace Combat, Katamari)

Finally Squre Enix, last gen they had no xbox games. This time they have 3 360 games, 1 of them being an exclusive. So explain to me how Japanese Devs are apprently so loyal.

And yes, Bungie left, but now MS has the right of first refusal. Bungie cant put a game out for the ps3 until MS gives the green light. I'm sure that'll happen. :roll:

No it's not, what the hell is wrong with you? They're would be no point in porting Gears 3 to the PS3 because PS3 owners wouldn't have a clue what's going on in the story and also a low attach rate for each console. I'm pretty sure Microsoft is going to buy the rights to publish these games later.
