The poor showing from last year's E3, coupled with absolutely no news for a whole year and a trailer that didn't do much at GDC completely drained my interest for the game. There was also the fear that even with motion+, the game would still end up being a waggle fest.
But all my worries seems to be gone after E3. The details, gameplay videos...etc restored my faith in this game.
Enemies looks tougher and every hit you take seems to take more life out of you this time around. Also it looks like you won't be able to waggle your way out of this one as each enemies requires precises moves in order to defeat them. Motion+ really works and looks fluid and responsive.

Being a fan of the artst*le from Wind Waker I was surprised I wasn't all that thrilled about the look when they unveiled the game. But It's growing on me and now that I saw more types of environments and enemies, I'm really starting to appreciate it now.
Theres also the flying aspect of it, that you'll be able to explore both above the clouds and the land below it, so I'm hoping for quite a bit of exploration to be done. Just hope it won't be just big empty spaces *cough* Twilight Princess.
Also the whole mystery about the new character Phi and the origin of the Master Sword which will hopefully enrich the story even more.
And I think it's safe to say that no Zelda games before had characters as expressive as Skyward Sword. Wind Waker was nice and all but this seems like a step above. Some people may be disappointed about the lack voice yet again for Link, but his expressions in this game really bring him to life more than ever, same for Zelda aswell as the the main villain. I'll let these pics and gifs do the talking
And what about Ghirahim. This dude looks like a creepy, deranged, psychotic guy(look above). I think he's gonna be a pretty cool bad guy and quite different from the usual Ganon.
I'm also hoping for more bonding to be had between Link and Zelda this time around. The relationship between the two always seemed to fall flat everytime, so here's hoping it's gonna be better this time:
And to finish it off, we have Miyamoto saying this will be the most content-packed Zelda yet. Will it end up being true? we'll see.
Needless to say I'm now quite excited for more Zelda and I couldn't be more happy.
