I know I was waiting for Unreal tournament 3 trailer to download in 720p so I played the demo and when it said download complete I just kept on playing Crackdown, im yet to play the retail yet though.
I agree. This game is like crack. It's so fun and addicting. I have not felt this way about a 360 game yet, then came this brilliant masterpiece. An open world game that is bringing in platforming and RPG elements. I can't get enough.
It sure is fun, for the little ammount of time it lasts. I mean, theres basically no structure to the game. Which is both a blessing and a MAJOR CRUTCH. I was walking around and got a mission to kill a kingpin and it said "You have an 8% chance of completing this task." Walked in and kicked everybody off the roof and just gave the a-town stomp to the person and that was that.
Zelda TP is the most underrated game.. go somewhere else with that clone of GTAfarnham
I honestly thought the review was dead on. I mean, 8. high isn't that bad. I personally thought it should have scored lower. Same old zelda with a bad audioscore.

No. I'm applying many of the reviewers have horrible taste. They rant about wanting something new but when it hits them in the face, they complain. I actually believe GS has the worst reviewers around in my opinion.

Agreed, but not sure if it deserves a super high rating. Don't get me wrong, I know why Crack is in the title (ie you can't put it down); however, technically there are severl issues with it, that holds it back. I will say though that it is the most fun I have had with a game in 2007.

This game is nothing like GTA!
They have horrible taste because they differ so much from the rest of the media. Look at thier scores and go to gamerankings and compare games. Not just crackdown but all games. I have a Wii60 and love Zelda but an 8.8 is not horrible. I agree it should of gotten atleast a 9 though. Crackdown deserves much more respect then 7.8. I dont' think it's AAA but its a damn fun game that alot of people enjoy.
I have not heard one complaint yet from any users who acutally own crackdown. It's always the "gta clone" people who call every sandbox game a "gta clone" and the nintendo/sony fanboys who never have played it, always complain.

Thats two games you choose to use. If you looked hard enough, there are game on gamespot which are reviewed higher than the average of gamespot.
BTW, stop crying about it and go play crackdown, no one cares if you think gamespot sucks, or is a bad review system. Ratings are not the end of the world.
