I'd highly recommend not trading in your PS3 just yet. There's a ton of exclusives due out this year and early next, including Haze, MGS4, Socom, KillZone 2, Resistance 2, Final Fantasy, LBP, God of War III, and I know I'm missing some. That's quite an impressive lineup.I_OU_aBeatn

Based on what? I'll use GTA IV as my example. Every single gaming site I read reviews on said the game looked almost exactly the same on both systems, and a few even gave a very slight advantage to the PS3. Same with COD4.

If you've played Resistance, or the Haze demo, then you'd realize that they do not run slow or have bad graphics by any stretch of the imagination. I played the Haze demo last night, and it looks and plays GREAT.

Apart from, that has nothing to do with the console. It's more to do with the developer and how they handled the console. I'm sure those are pretty much the big guns of Sony's arsenal so I'm sure they'd be pretty good.

While ps3 basically has no games that I want. I'v never been bias when it comes to consoles as I own 2 nintendo consoles a ps1 and also used to game on pc. The decision to buy a 360 just came down to the games nothing more nothing less. Also go look at 360 game scores compared to ps3 game scores. The vast majority of 360 games are rated higher. The ps3 maybe a decent system but the 360 has it beat in just the shear amount of great games that it offers.

DELAYS ARE NOT A BAD THING! (atleast most of the time)

Yes you have to wait longer, but more times than not the game benefits for this. There are still a half a dozen games coming out this fall that I am going to want to pick up so I really don't mind them pushing it back so it gives me something to play in the spring when their is usually nothing being released during that time.

Don't worry, I think he's a fake anyway. Who would be throwing away a PS3 when it has more coming sooner??? Having both systems: awesome. But you know how many games I'm looking forward to on my 360 this year... only 2: Fable 2 & Gears 2. I think Alan Wake should be cool too actually... just waiting to see some actual gameplay. Anyway, point is that either way you just end up waiting:?. In the meantime you have Haze, MGS4, & Wipeout HD all in the next month on the PS3! By all means get a 360 too if you're looking forward to some of its games... but your reasoning just doesn't make much sense. Home & KZ2 are the only things that've been delayed and if those were enough to dissapoint you then HA, not sure why you own a PS3 in the first place... plenty of other great gaming to enjoy this year.

Dude, You cannot go wrong with the 360. Even though the 360 has RROD problems (never experienced them myself). If you haven't experienced the 360 yet. You will be occupied with the 100+ demos to download for about the next 3 months before you even start gaming. Right now is the best time to get it. Most great games are cheap now, with more to come. You will definately spend more time on the 360 just because you have alot of catching up to do just on the games. GET IT NOW is what I say.

Uncharted seems to lag to me and the screen has glitches on it. It's like when you move quickly and the screen tries to scroll, strips of graphics are slower than others. I can't explain it, It just as though the screen is too slow to update at the same timne.

Now you know what I am doing instead of playing GTA4? Everything BUT playing GTA4. Gotta love cheap and tacky, but I'd rather steal one than buy another 360. As far as I am concerned I paid for a 360, and I am not going to pay them more so I can have the privilege of using it.

rrod is the reason why I will never touch a 360 or ever get it a chance I hate hardware failure and defected systems with a passion just wont happen.

but what i will say is this, the reason for the KZ2 delay is that at the moment having 2 of sonys bif FPS games (R2 and KZ2) launch at around the same time would mean both would see lower sales. So sony decided to push back KZ2, I guess this also means more development time too.

Personally I am pleased with what sony has done so far, there is no shortage of good games coming out this year, if there wer, then I would be annoyed by the delay.

My advice, get a 360, keep the ps3, honestly, I have seen your posts, and when MGS4 and KZ2 DO come out you will feel so stupid for ditching the ps3.

I'm glad alot of people are opening their eyes and seeing that 360 is a great choice for a gaming console. Despite what other say.

you are just probably feeling annoyed with the delay, but looking at how good KZ2 looks I am fie with a few months of delay. Sounds silly but I was annoyed that all these games were going t come out in such a short time frame! but yeah, give it a whie, dont do anyting stupid. and if you still feel that way, get a 360 as well.

those saying the 360 is the smart choice are fanboys, both is best, but IMO this year and next the ps3 does have the edge.

Actually, that's the sad thing. The PS3 is not trash. It's a much better piece of hardware than the 360, but Sony's decisions, that led to a less than average library at the moment, is what holds it back.

I am no fanboy(except a small fondness to Nintendo games) and I want to see all consoles do well. Hell, I own them all.

It's kinda like the time when you hit puberty, you don't really know exactly what's going on and you're kinda scared of the unknown, but just go for it, it'll be fine. Owning all is better than owning one or two.
