If the X1 hardware is so crappy, please explain why....

everyone on this board would be doing backflips if the Wii U had similar specs.

Just picture this for a moment. Nintendo Wii U with 8 core Jaguar X86 64-bit CPU, 8GB of DDR3 RAM, 1.28 Tflop GPU and 500 GB hard drive. What would next gen Zelda look like? What about Metroid? 

Let's be honest here, if the sheep had such hardware, would they really care that the PS4 is more powerful? 

nintendo's artstyle cartoonish is the reason they dont need awesome hardware on their own games.

in all honesty the most impressive console exclusive game I saw at E3 (i.e. not Battle Field 4) was Infamous Second Son.  Only console exclussive game that I saw that made me raise an eyebrow.  Everything else was meh or will be coming to my PC in better form.

Yeah more about the devs. I can see all of Remedy's games looking amazing on Xbox one. I can also see all of Daughty Dogs Games and Quantum Dreams games looking amazing on PS4.

gamecube was closer to the original xbox in power than it was to the PS2 if I remember correctly.  Yes Xbox was the most powerful no denying that but don't sleep on what the gamecube could do. Resident Evil 4 for gamecube was one of the best looking games of its time.

But I don't think sheep really mind about specs, be they the weaker ones of the wii u, or the 'best' ones of the PS4. When I do get around to buying either PS4/XB1, my decision won't be made based on system specs.
