It can't even surpass a 460, and I have 2 460s, lol.
superfluidity
This leads to sustainable levels of development costs, an environment where the mid-tier dev can survive and go head to head with blockbuster publishers.
It means a much healthier games library because it allows devs to take risks in their choice of gameplay, artstyle and genre.
Historically the blockbuster publishers haven't been the ones to push high quality graphics. It's almost always a smaller developer that creates the new benchmark.
In the Xbox360/PS3 dudebro era only blockbuster publishers have the budgets required to pull off high end graphics, and even then, they had to be conservative and not take risks in game design.
This lead to the homogenization of gaming. When Castlevania has God of War gameplay with lord of the rings graphics/sound, and 50% of the games are shooters in some form, is something is wrong.
More power to those who enjoyed blockbuster gaming in this gen. I would rather play Meat Boy for 80 hours than most games on the HD platforms for 10.
