Im considering getting rid of my X360 for a PS3...

Also, from every experience that I have had in trading/selling one of my systems, I regret it to this day. If you want a PS3, save up for it and exchange your 360 for a new one. BTW, if you have an extended store warranty for the 360 why in the world are you trying to contact Microsoft customer service when you can just exchange yours for a new one at the store? That's my general experience with selling systems as well. You always end up regretting it. Better off saving for another platform rather than taking the loss that you do with selling a console.

Hey, just got your reply, sorry about my previous response. Best Buy won't let you swap them? I spoke to Best Buy yesterday in case I need to exchange my PS3, and they said that I can talk to a manager about swapping out hard drives. I would try and talk to them and let them know the situation. Alanscoobiesnackarf

Cronaroth, if you are set to trade in the 360 for the PS3, you might want to rethink about buying it from Best Buy since apparently the one near you doesn't let you swap hard drives. However, you can always transfer your saves to a memory card if need be so thats good. Also, you will never have to worry about hard drive space with the PS3 since you can just spend 150.00 and by 300 gigs lol. It's a great system, best looking as a console and the ability to play PS1 and PS2 games is priceless. Also, from the little experience I have had with it, the online multiplayer is great (RFOM). It seems your pretty set on the fact that you don't like the 360...

I'd suggest just going and selling it now and getting it over with. Talking on a forum about it is only really just wasting time.

Heh, to each his own. PC has more to offer than both this year IMO, other than Mass Effect on the Xbox 360.

Not liking a systems games is essentially not liking the system though. So what you'll essentially do is buy Blue Dragon along with a 360 when it comes out and then, from there, sell your Xbox 360 again because you think it's oversaturated with shooters. I don't see the point but, heh, go for it.

Anyways since the previous post is a wall o' text I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for giving input and I think im going to wait and give my 360 some time before I act like a retarded impatient kid and rush out and switch out. I want to play Blue Dragon anyways, so thanks for the input guys!

(and note im not swapping out my 360----if I do----at least until after I played Blue Dragon)

No need to damage control. Just because PS3 sold like crap. Go out and get one. There going to need it... So they don't slump lower then 100k units for March.Truth_Hurts_U
