Also, from every experience that I have had in trading/selling one of my systems, I regret it to this day. If you want a PS3, save up for it and exchange your 360 for a new one. BTW, if you have an extended store warranty for the 360 why in the world are you trying to contact Microsoft customer service when you can just exchange yours for a new one at the store? That's my general experience with selling systems as well. You always end up regretting it. Better off saving for another platform rather than taking the loss that you do with selling a console.
