Injustice for 3ds or Vita? Oh wait, there IS no 3ds version

this is why i prefer the Vita over the 3ds. an actual selection of fighting games to choose from when im on the go. now if only SSF4 and KOF13 came to the vita i would be set for life.

Multiplats are almost always better on PS Vita admittedly, but you know the flipside? The 3DS gets all those great multiplats too, even if with a lower resolution, but with the added bonus of having an exclusive library worth giving a damn about. My Vita has literally been used exclusively for one game, one, since I bought it, it's best game, and that game isn't even an exclusive.

Stick to trolling the Wii U if you want ammunition against Nintendo, guys. Going after the 3DS is just asking for trouble.

The 3DS can't run Injustice, and neither barely can the Vita.

It does not have anything to troll about. You can troll its hardware (again), maybe you can troll how games are linked to the eShop (and then realize you don't have to use the eShop... ever), but that's it, the system is practically living proof that hardware takes a back seat to incredible software.

MFDOOM has been good with the 3DS since the end of 2011. He insists that the handheld market is being cannibalized by the smartphone/tablets market (which is a different discussion altogether), but he does not mind the 3DS or how Nintendo handles it at all

When a device sells as much as the 3DS does, there'll be a lot more of every demographic owning one- so yes, more kids own a 3DS than they own a Vita, but more adults and teens and what nots also own a 3DS than they own a Vita, simply because more people own a 3DS than they own a Vita.

I agree with the design part, at least the vanilla model is awfully designed. XL is a thing of beauty though, maybe check that out?

As for the graphics, they aren't bad at all! Not Vita level, obviously, but they are pretty darn good. I advise you to check out Resident Evil: Revelations, Ironfall, Pokemon X/Y, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Metal Gear Solid 3D, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, Kid Icarus: Uprising, and Super Mario 3D Land. 3DS games look beautiful, especially on its own screen.

Sony has introduced more new IPs for handhelds than Nintendo this gen. Gravity Rush, Soul Sacrifice, Tearaway and more coming up. What have we seen from 3ds? Only the same characters we've been seeing the past 10, 20 years.

Thankfully, 3DS gets so much more innovation within existing franchises (Fire Emblem, Kid Icarus, Pokemon, Animal Crossing) than any 'new IP' could provide.

I just want games to play that are unique, and different from my current library of games. And it'd be nice for them to also be good, worthwhile games to own.

When in the last year the Vita has gotten Soul Sacrifice (which appears to be a Monster Hunter clone), and Killzone Mercenaries (lol Killzone), and neither game was regarded highly by the gaming community, then I ask why spend $200 on a Vita + money for a memory card?

let's also not forget that Vita will be home to many indie games this gen. Imagine taking all your favorite indie games on the go? awesome

they were not highly regarded? how so? they got very good scores, and even higher scores for the user average. and there are plenty of games for the Vita, but I'm not going to do that due diligence for you, since you're not willing to do it yourself.

Thinking I'm getting this. Mercenary has been a blast for vita but time to move on.

Those two games are the only 'high-rated' exclusives the Vita has gotten in the last year scoring a 7.5 (Soul Sacrifice), and a 7.0 (Killzone)

And lol at the user scores. When 99% of the content of user scores for Killzone state that it's "the best shooter on handhelds" I know those opinions aren't worth much since being the best shooter on a handheld is almost a non-compliment given how poor shooters have been on handhelds thus far. There are much better looking shooters to occupy my time with.

Soul Sacrifice, as I said, appears to be a Monster Hunter clone, and Monster Hunter isn't a very good game anyways. They're just mindless grind fests. Not something I'm interested in playing at all.

The PS Vita is very much in need of a better library of exclusive games.

If I have access to 99% of the multiplats a system provides then the only driving force behind me purchasing the system would be the exclusives. If the exclusive library is weak then I won't buy it.

Even when the game is on console, it's still a different experience when you play it on a handheld. For me, being able to play Injustice on the Vita is great. The developers said they will have it playing at 60 fps. How awesome is that to play on a handheld? I enjoyed Rayman origins much more on the Vita, especially with the OLED screen. With LittleBigPlanet Vita (critically acclaimed and exclusive), it's a different and more fun experience because of the touch screen controls and being able to take it with you on the go and play online. Dragon's Crown, though on the PS3, is also a different experience because of the same reasons. Playing indies on the Vita are just as fun as well. I enjoyed Hotline Miami most on my Vita, touch screens + OLED = awesome. Mighty Number 9 is going to be awesome on the Vita. Persona 4 Golden (though a remaster of a PS2 game), is one of the best games I played this gen. Borderlands 2 will be a whole new experience on the Vita when it comes out. FFX HD will rock.

Exclusives: Gravity Rush, Uncharted Golden Abyss, Soul Sacrifice, LBP, Killzone Mercenary are pretty good games. Ragnarok Oddysey was good enough apparently to have an enhanced version coming out.Tearaway (coming out Nov. 22 in NA) will be awesome. They are working on a Gravity Rush 2. Demon Gaze is coming out early 2014. Vita Pets is coming out lolol. There's another game that's sort of like Soul Sacrifice but I forget what it's called. I think Sucker Punch (guys behind Infamous) are working on a Vita title. And there will be more. The system isn't even 2 years old, still got till Feb 15 for that.

alol. Or you could skip the Vita, play Injustice on basically any other system, and get X or Y for the 3DS.
