Apple is even more evil than MS in some ways, its subversive. Creating whole ecosystem dominance with closed off platforms. It also has ruthles PR and makes people love them whilst overcharging them for useless ****. BoloTheGreatI don't understand why someone would pay more to have an inferior product.

what marketing program? i haven seen any ms marketing in like forever and besides if someone keeps sying you suck and blows everything out of proportion i think you would like to counter there fruitless argument(well there are like 1 or 2 that are true but all others are not) and besides they are actually afraid of all the dumb people who believe anything anyone tells them to belive apple and buy macs. apple is a company that rips off all thier customers, they charge $1-2k for an apple logo on a computer, if i had the knowhow and the time i would make a mac virus just to make 90% of thier computer ads false and then sue them because they said that macs dont freeze or crashThey had the "I'm PC" and "laptop hunters" add campaigns recently and they turned out to be absolutely huge success for MS when it comes to improving public perception. And with Windows7 coming out soon and looking extremely good (and everybody is sining praises about it)...MS future looks bright. No wonder Apple is getting a bit worried. They've been pushed into defensive for the first time in a long time and they attempts at responding has been frankly pathetic so far, something I don't think anyone expected the Apple responses to ever be.iPod and iPhone apps suck. Concur. MGS Peace Walker will probably be the game that makes me buy a PSP; I can't say the same about MGS Touch.
Same here...and what's up with IGN praising these things? I listened to their latest playstation podcast and they were bashing psp and ds in praise of apple iphones, the one guy greg miller even called anyone who complains about i-tunes a b-female dog....how ignorant was that. Saying how the graphics are better than psp and it's doomed, they went on a 15 minute verbal praise of the dumb things..... I hope they get littered with email next week...i swear it sounded like an apple podcast indorsed by apple... Then they went on saying how easy it is to use everything and how its "easier" to play games and use i-tunes...... They didn't mention any games for it all though.... and for music I would rather have a device that lets me put my own crap on there. ...why i have a zune...(i hate ms for console gaming but for music player that subscription can't be beat) .... IGN is a bunch of fools now, i bet their getting a paycheck from apple.When Iphone gets games like Zelda:Phantom Hourglass, New Super Mario Bros, Liberty/Vice City Stories, Patapon, Ratchet and Clank/Jak and Daxter, Pokemon, Advance Wars, then give me a call and I might pick one up. Until then, I enjoy my Ipod Touch for music, pictures, and videos, and my DS and psp for videogames.

this is the problem, I see it all the time on psp bashers.... There are two types of gamers.... people who want the casual $5 pickup and play for a minute versus. the people who want a console in your pocket. I fall in the later camp. GOD of WAR Coo, FF : tactics crysis core,. Final Fantasy 1,2,7 dissida, agito , Resident evil , metal gear solid, mgs portalbe ops, mgs peace walker, socom, gta lc, gta vc, gta cw, ****of heoros, rock band unplugged, resistance retrobution, daxter, patapon2 ....the list goes on and on thats just for the pspMost of the games for Iphone/touch are also less than $10. You can also get the original Wolfenstein 3D and Carmack says he is going to develop some new games for Iphone as well as get a Quake on there. Iphone/Touch serve the same purpose as PSP/DS but they do it better, portable gaming is suppose to keep you occupied while you are away from home i.e. car trips, plane/train rides, work, school. Iphones and Ipod Touch are way better at the pick up and go, DS and PSP games have become to console like.

DS - 3 Castlevania games, Age of Empires Mythologoy, Civ rev., Eteriian Odyssey 1 and 2, FF:t a2, The dark spire, Suikoden t. , knights in the nightmare, ff3, ff4, dq4, dq5, y's 1/2, super mario, metriod, zelda...etc... etc..
Most ds and psp games are console type games made with original stories with more save spots for portable play. I like being able to sit at my lunch break and grind levels in phantasy star portable or ff tactics. I like playing a full featured console sized rpg or Grand theft auto, resistance on the go. When I go on vacation or to my Moms house , I don't drag my console for a weekend for a 5 hour trip , I take my custom case with ds and psp and my 4 umd game cases. It all fits in a nice 8x10 metal box.... It's my portable console... I can plug my psp into my tv an watch movies streamed from my ps3 over the internet or play games, message my friends on psn..etc.. I like console games not flash games. And I am sick and tired of people saying they want simple atari games for portable, or people bashing psp/ds for making portable versions of console games with different stories....There new games and the psp looks better than the ps2 90% of the time. Crisis Core looks and plays better than any new rpg out there.
So all you people who want simple casual non-gamer games can go play with your iphones and ijunks, and I'll play on my psp/ds! I used to use my sony erricson w810i for a portable gaming device with java games until i realized there was no depth and I got a psp and then a ds and haven't looked back since. Having a console in your pocket is so freakin great!
